Hello mummies in d house! i am 14 weeks 3 days pregnant; this is my first. Recently i have been having pains in my right leg whenever i sleep especially at night, when the pains at the right leg becomes much i change position to the left and same thing happens to the left leg. My husband will have to wake up and massage my too legs. Please, is it normal coz i am worried.

Ma'am, it is ooooooo. Your description was what i experienced when i was same date as urs. Funny enough, yesterday's own was back pain on my right side( i cant describe it), i only made sure i took enough water and relaxed more. Now ehn, i have gotten myself used to the foot pain that has announced its presence ( I will be 16 weeks by God's grace tomorrow).

I wish us all a pleasant 9 months in joy and may our LO's manifest in good health and all round happiness. Amen

Sorry team mate na laziness to type dey worry us. I noticed my first @ 17 weeks and it's getting darker sef. Jst yesterday, I noticed dat my navel area too was getting darker and the navel is gradually shooting out. Enjoy all the changes

I be FULL yoloba on all sides,I have an Esan friend(I've even gone to Ekpoma with her for a wedding)& we eat in each other's houses, so know wowo,bela,igho,ware,lajesan etc
My line isn't straight maybe due to previous stretching & if your navel is a deep innie it won't protrude.

I'm so angry today,someone spoilt my entire day.I went to enrol for this National I.d stuff and when I gave the lady my slip she asked why my name was in small letters instead of capital,I was still wondering if that could be a prob then she passed the slip to her colleague to commence the process,the colleague looked at the slip & queried her whether she didn't see the slip before passing to her,then she replied her that she left me cos I'm a pregnant woman then her reply was 'ehn who no pregnant'.I was so angry at that statement but God gave me the patience to ignore her reply.Some women are so mean,how can a woman say such to another woman. Pls mamas forgive my rantings,I'm just angry
