Good, Do not get disturbed over some guys response here because here is just a forum and you meet any form of people.

Try go check with a Dr and first explain to him/her the problem and let him tell you what the problem is and how to take care of that.Do not indulge in self medication because this is your life as any self medication could result to life threatening sickness. Stop any form of drugs you are taking now.

Visit Island Maternity hosp if you are in Lagos, register with 500 and see a doctor, it is cheap. Don't suffer in silence o! Lagos state govt hosps are almost free! Do not delay!

BTW, Always have some perfumed pads, the pack is green in color had like 20 inside but cost almost 2k, the cost of seeing a doctor cheesy

please, visit a private hospital/doctor because government hospitals no get ... compassion for sick people, they guess drugs anyhow and they do unnecessary test with no results.

Google out your symptoms to have an idea of the cause. Google out drugs and read about them, but don't take the drugs unless prescribed by the doctor.

Foreign body lodged in your uterus perhaps? Perhaps tumor?

Is the foul odor only during menses? That's odd. Infection should not be just during menses. But, not to say it is impossible.

You can suffer thru the smell, or you can go get checked out.

@OP: I don't know what to say but I admire your openness. I do hope you find some help here. From the little I know, I think you should stop using feminine wash if you do, use water only. Also, make sure your armpits are always shaved and use quality deodorants, I know this is where bacteria also build from and cause heavy pheromones.. Read about pheromones, I hope this helps..

As a medical rep i suggest that you visit a gynaec asap cause there could be a lot of reasons behind the odour.
at the moment stay away from excess salt and garlic and onions and also antibiotics.
You might have to do several tests and try some new medication.
