It's not just ward 22, ejigbo Ward 21 didn't get the ballot box till few minutes ago, ie 16:36 pm. I don't understand why the officials were not given the ballot boxes in the morning.

The Corpers have been taken to a nearby hotel and we the voters have been barred.

People are now leaving out of fear and frustration.

I will stay here, under this rain, and see to the end of it even if it means being gunned down in the process.

Here's the way i see it. Nigerians are stuck between a rock and the deep blue sea. First you have a potential islamic radical who may decide to impose islamic rule by hook or crook. What is the essence of using card readers, if people are still going to vote manually.

What stops the polling officers from selling your right to vote after accrediting you and putting your name on the voting register? Nothing.
They just have to stuff the box with no more than ballots equalling number of accredited voters -shikina
The cost of carrying out the forensics on the stuffed ballot papers makes their verification prohibitive

I am somewhere in Dekina LGA in Kogi State right now and APC is rigging heavily in one of the polling units while PDP is doing theirs in another nearby.
In the latter the APC agent looks clueless. Chai, dis Selection not election is really a game of the smartest that's all.

But how are they able to rig? What of the card reader?
