I say this because, some people were apparently having problems with family, jobs, society and in complete disarray after joining.
OP, you dont want to hurt those close to you you know?. So be patient.

Just like weed and certain things is not for everyone. Discover yourself personally first and recognize what you need. You could also go for counselling with one of their members to ascertain if it is for you.

Also go with an open mind if you want but as for me, REMEMBER folks that; All power belongs to Jesus. On earth and in Heaven.

Depends on the location you are in the East. I started attending Amorc at Calabar during my days in Unical. It is the best thing to happen to any human being that is interested in knowing about life, harmony between self and environment and even to know about the Divinity. It is NOT a religion, it is NOT cheap, and it is practical. Prepare to read. It is NOT evangelical. No one will beg you to join. It is for persons determined to find order out of chaos called life.

Christianity never satisfied my spiritual yearning. I kept having the feeling that something was not right,that something was missing.

The great things of the universe i get the feeling that they are not for all, but for a select few.

I remain Agnostic for the time being. There is God, but he( it,she) is not what the popular religions present him(it,she) as,but what he(it,she) is, i don't know, everything has been so carefully tainted by the master controllers of the earth, that it is almost impossible to filter out the truth,without ending up with dirts(lies), no matter the route you take in your search of the truth, this is my personal convinction.

I wouldn't advise anyone to join any religious/spiritual sect. You would most definitely end up as a pawn in some people's chess board. Though i am beginning to doubt if anyone can truly be free of any spiritual influence in this physical dimension of ours.

It is the duty of the OP, to seek to know more about Amorc. The OP has to know enough to be able to approach his/her family about this. When I first attempted to join any organization, it was born out of desire to know. It is when you know, that you can approach your family to explain to them that their fear are borne out of ignorance. People are always afraid of unknown.

You are free to walk into any chapters or Lodges closest to you and you will find someone that will guide you through the enrolment process. You will be given an introductory booklet and the registration information. Yes, you have to register to be a member and pay for courier of your reading materials. You can not access Lodges for teachings without registration cos you need ID to access materials needed. It is a mystical school.

Of course, you can chose to stop at anytime. Do not mind what people are saying.

You CAN have such powers if you truly desire to, first you must choose a path and there are quite much. After mastering that path you may now start to experiment with other systems. Why not start with good 'ol simple Witchcraft as you'd be working with nature and helping simple folks out. Just saying.
