This is 59.4% win margin which is very close to my prediction of 60% for PDP as can be seen in the attached.

GMB is fully on course.

Not unexpected. APC had already anticipated to have a difficult showing in Ekiti state. 40% here is a very strong performance for APC, considering the overwhelming support and influence of Fayose.

Meanwhile, a 60k win is not quite an achievement for GEJ, considering that in the other SW states where GMB will win, the difference will be in 100s of thousands (millions in the north)

One state with 25% in the bag. APC will sweep the other SW states, even Mimiko's Ondo.

#SaiBaba.

120k votes from that state is more than enough(well over 40%!). Good job APC, now let's head to the other South west states...The real deal! smiley

Despite Fayose's bragging, he can't even get more than 176,000 votes out of 600,000 for the clueless one. undecided

Ekiti people seems to have signed pact with poverty! They were APC when centre was PDP(just to the tail end they changed to PDP), now centre is going APC and they want to remain PDP! Will that state remain underdeveloped for ever?

That was unexpected. I have always told those who care to listen that fayose needn't rig the gubernetorial election. He would have won easily.
People are underestimating the rate at which ekiti is losing her educated human resources to lagos, ife, ibadan and akure.
The place is as local and as unenlightened as they come.

Good

The General has secured the needed 25% in all SW states

He has also got the majority votes nationally

Fresh Air. It is expected. APC has really done well if the result is true.

Change is inevitable. Can't wait to get results from other SWtn states.

I know

That is why I said he has got majority of votes nationally.

He has also met the second criteria for victory- which is to get 25% in 24 states
