Apples helped me alot. I hv dem on empty stomsch bf eating. Not d apples dst r like garri o. D ones dsy hv water nd r crunchy

There's slow digestion in preg cos of hormones and displaced organs.. try eat in bits, take lots of fluid and fruits too. Hope dis helps

I am not deeply religious but that small faith I always manage to call on I'll join with yours and proclaim that before the end of this coming quarter,God will make you a full member of this thread.
You'll come complaining of all the usual preggy baggages and we'll give you the standard "its part of the package"... So shall it be in my almighty father's name. Amin.

All the other ttc mamas will experience the joy of not only carrying and preparing for your LOs births but the sheer pleasure of gathering friends and family to celebrate your baby's 1st birthday and many more years.

It is well wt u and ur LO, I will advise u go back to the hospital, I believe they know what's best for u and ur LO. Am also april mama entering 37weeks. May God see us through.

Mamas in the house hello, I'm 16 weeks gone, haven't started Anc cos of extreme nausea and vomitting, cant stand the smell of ppl(odor/perfume) or food, I vomit even water and it leaves me so weak and dizzy, am trying out ginger now.
I tot by now the nausea would be history?

Also when I eat anything, I feel a burn at the back of my chest not lyk heartburn, I tot it's just proteins that does that, is it normal?

Just registered 2weeks ago but 2 weeks appointment starts frm 30-35/36weeks then weekly appointments follows.
Even antenatal visit for healthy preg women r said to b reduced to d barest minimum
