I invested in Skye shelter when they first did lpo. We were promised up to 60 percent of profits as dividends from what I remember although the dividends haven't been much to talk about, they have been declared every year. The share price has been extremely stable. I think the lowest ever was 95 naira and but u won't see a lot of units to buy or sell at the same time.

Make sure u read more about them and consult ur broker or asset manager before buying.

Myjoy08 is correct. The stock was marked down before/opening of today's market. I will advise you always confirm ex-dividend date from www.ft.com to always be sure. Also be informed that if you buy on ex-dividend date you won't qualify for the dividend.

Transcorp is a good buy as that is the big fish I was referring to. Expect their result to be great.
