PDP just fu*ked Apga on a floor without mat as a result of nonsense alliance with PDP(presidency). imaging telling voters to vote clueless jona for president and apga for other positions. From what I saw from my polling units.PDP agents capitalised on it telling voters that is jona all the way irrespective of the posts. wetin concern me so far their is change in Abuja .#Gmb |

Madeu: Because APC is nothing other than a contraption to keep the Igbo down - and out of important political positions in Nigeria. Only the Igbos who are pursuing their private personal agendas have a thing to do with APC. 2 Likes |

chymystique:Uche Ekwunife is on ground. She could have beaten anybody put in front of her in that senatorial zone. Victor Umeh put up a good fight. He has always been a party official; relatively inexperienced in elective politics relative to Ekwunife a perennial actor in the game. The only embarrassment has to be Ngige. |

Unlike your APSHIT members,Anambarians didn't vote on sentiments,we never wanted ngige and Umeh. Umeh messed up big time by being a party chairman and contesting at the same time. And we need the likes of Uche to keep slaying your supporter of APC fellas in the house. Incase you don't know,APGA candidates did well in House of Rep and other senatorial zones. Youngk: 1 Like |

Ekwunife's win has nothing to do with party. She ran a thorough and comprehensive campaign targeting mostly the women. Coupled with the fact that she ran against 2 douchebags. She would have won the election even if she was in ADC. 1 Like |

ugotex85: It was really shocking that Ngige lost his voice in the senate. Not a single bill sponsored for a whole legislative term He proved that his victory over Dora wasn't justified, as that woman would have made an impact before her eventual death. Now for Ngige'e political career, only Buhari's victory at the Presidential polls can resurrect it, otherwise na early retirement o 2 Likes |

cecegorz:I quite agree with you, but Buhari can only resurrect his political fortunes by appointment, because nobody is ready to vote for him anymore in Anambra State. |

MzJackBaueress:Both you, Obiagelli and others lambasting those that voted in Anambra states are hypocrites. When Ojukwu was voted against by his own people, it was patriotism not sentiments; when Ngige won Dora for the current position he occupies despite the latter making more impact than him and despite the fact that the state refused to welcome the party, it was also patriotism, not bigotry and that the Igbos know what they want; now, Ngige has lost and it is that the Igbos never learn from history, their party APGA is a use and dump ish, they are awash with sentiments and bigotry, they are letting PDP rule them again and what not. In your myopic minds now, Victor Umeh looks like someone who will win his district, because he belongs to a party currently ruling the state eh? That crook, that thief. . . Not to even talk about Ngige of which I did not see his impact in the senate ever since he got there. Continue having HBP for people who do not know of your existence in this cosmos. 1 Like |

Obiagelli: Don't comment much but I have to on this one as I would say I can speak confidently about my senatorial district. @Obiageli, that is not the reason... In my Senatorial District, the APGA candidate was not popular, his campaign was weak and he didn't contribute to the District while in various political offices he held previously. Stella Oduah on the other hand contributed a lot to her LGA before she became minister and while serving as a minister she was biased to people from the SE, her campaign is the most intense and impressive I have seen from anybody vying for a senatorial post. A lot of Stella's votes where sentimental votes from people who benefited from her directly or indirectly and the feeling that she was persecuted while the Aviation Minister Culminating in her removal. Again, APGA lost most of their structure when Peter Obi left the party mightly weakening APGA, Obiano does not have the clout at least for now to sway the voters and there is really not much leadership in the party. I saw the end of the party when Peter Obi left and this has further concvinced me. The best thing for the party is to merge with another or other parties while they still have some semblance of relevance. the party will go extinct in the present political climate. |

^^^ The party becoming irrelevant has nothing to do with Obi leaving or not. The moment Victor Umeh and co schemed to take over from Chekwas signaled the end of what could have been a strong party. |
