Read a lot of suggestions but they aren't really solutions just general help. Close all non essential apps running in the background an unnecessary tabs, the stutter reduces drastically. Though I just upgraded to gionees kitkat so problem solved. Good luck.

lol..have you ported cwm recovery and rooted your phone

If you have rooted and ported cwm recovery, then go to your browser and type kitkat upgrade for gionee e3 then search then open scroll down, you will see (guide)upgrading gione blah blah.. Click on it.. Then follow the procedure there

I tried to load lexer 2 on my m3 and it got bricked pls any solution on how to get it working. I did backup but could not restore.

am having problem with my battery anytime I want to
charge it, it doesn't charge buh it indicates charging but it
doesn't charge. let say I av 70% charge left wen I remove
the battery n put it back n power the phone it looses charge
to 6% don't know watz d prob.

It is not a must for it to be rooted as after upgrade you will lose root access!.

Is your phone rooted?

If it is, you can install Xposed Installer, then install Greenify module.

Use Greenify to hibernate apps that you don't use frequently i.e leave out any app that you need its notifications (BBM, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter)

Xposed installer can be tricky to install, so be careful
