Northern Nigerians have now shown us how different we are. President Jonathan from the south came and concentrated on developing the north that was abandoned by them for decades, he even did that to our detriment of us in the south. Even our East/West road is not complete, but Abuja-Kaduna-Kano and other northern roads he completed just to make you happy. He went as far as making sure they all have Universities, Almajiris had schools. The first Standard double gauge for trains, he gave to the north and only rehabilitated the narrow gauge ones in the south. Yet how did the north pay him back? The North as a whole conspired to teach this infidel a lesson for him to know that no matter what he does, he is not one of them. After making the country ungovernable in the northeast, then conspired with some criminals in the southwest, bought over two major fools in Ameachi and Okoracha and reminded President Jonathan that he was not one of them. We have learned our lesson, we too will be waiting to remind you too that to be a bigot is not your monopoly. We will remind you that we will concentrate on what we have. You cannot betray us and think you can feed yourselves with our properties, with our oil, with our sweat. We will not allow that. You will meet us there. 2 Likes |

nagoma:Not exactly so bro. I think the problem was that they were too confident of Jonathan's victory, so they didn't all turn up to vote. Look at the Southeast states for instance. You'll hear about 2 million registered voters in one state, only to see Jonathan getting just merely 400,000 votes. Whereas in the North, almost everyone turned up. Standing under the scorching sun to vote their preferred candidate. Over-confidence killed the Southerners. 2 Likes |

I believe the election were rigged in some state.. State like Oyo, ogun, osun, ondo, lagos state and all of western nigeria were rigged... because there was mass boycott of the election, while high figure are been posted as coming from this 5 states. And people are protesting that those state should be cancelled. .. And you can see police throwing tease gas at people. You people are reporting high figure, in 5 states and all of western nigeria where most people boycotted the election. but you people are reporting high figures You know I dont tell lies. since you people want my opinion. you should not ask for my opinion if you want me to tell you lies.. I dont lie. and everybody know me for that. It is only a fool, that is too blind to see, . the 5 states were rigged . that is video of ogun state.. And you can go online and see many video of counting in those state.. you can see the people protesting against osibanjo in ogun state.. Osibanjo is an ijebu man and this people protesting are ijebu people. It happen In Ijebu.. because the people boycotted the election in Western nigeria. that why, you cant find alot of video of election online coming from this western nigeria.. who are always posting everyday. about the election When people are doing election fraud, they most know, people have camera now to post online. western nigeria mostly boycotted the election... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=431XHEa9Cgw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vMTQEsXb8U |

macfarland: Shut up!! Stop taking nonsense, it's too late for that. This same election Jonathan won in 2011. What development did Jonathan being to the north? A few mediocre projects here and there was only a drop in the ocean, it didn't do much to better the lives of young northerners. Then the issue of security which was perhaps the biggest cause of Jonathan's downfall. He allowed boko haram to fester, killing, maiming & kidnapping thousands while he and his wife were on a jamboree, traveling from one country to the other in private jets. Few weeks to election, he decided to wake up from his slumber, thinking Nigerians are as gullible as he is. Too bad they placed him where he belongs. I'm Igbo but if I had the chance, I would never have voted Jonathan. 2 Likes |

When I first assumed office as President of Nigeria on the 6th of May, 2010, I promised Nigerians that elections under my watch will be free, fair and credible. Since then, I have taken deliberate steps to ensure that that promise translates to reality. Gone are the days of do or die elections. Gone are the days when the world looked down at our elections. Together, we have ensured that elections in Nigeria are a manifestation of one man one vote, one woman one vote and one youth one vote. You can be sure that as long as Jonathan is President, your votes will count and be counted. I have directed our security services to ensure that your right to vote is fully facilitated. So have no fear on Election Day. Come out and vote for the candidates of your choice. Remember, we are all brothers and sisters from the womb of one Nigeria and as long as Nigeria wins, we have all won. GEJ |
