Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, has congratulated the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), on his victory in the March 28 presidential election.

Aliyu, who lost his bid to go to the Senate in the Saturday election, has however declared a curfew in Suleja, Minna, Mokwa, Kontagora and Bida, an action, he said was to ensure law and order.

That's interesting. He could have been part of the change movement but he betrayed Amaechi and co and began even abusing them. Now he has lost out completely. Betrayal doesn't pay in anyway.

We campaigned for progress, we were lambasted, however we got consolation and hopes in the likes. They even said we only win elections on nairaland...but finally change is here.
