Jonathan Favoured To Win $5mil Mo Ibrahim Prize For African Leadership by Nobody: 3:52pm On Apr 01, 2015 |
The news from Nigeria today is wonderful. Africa’s largest country has concluded a peaceful election process. Furthermore, the incumbent has already gracefully conceded and congratulated his successor – a first for Nigeria and a benchmark for other African countries to follow. Today, we Africans are all proud of Nigeria and President Jonathan. Thank you Mr President. If you are seeking a legacy, you have definitely achieved it. http://www.moibrahimfoundation.org/news/article/statement-from-mo-ibrahim-on-the-outcome-of-the-nigerian-elections 27 Likes 1 Share

Yes ooo, imagine the tension and economic instability that Africa would have suffered if GEJ have not shown this exemplary leadership. Forget the sideline maneuvering and under ground schemes of PDP politicians. GEJ should win it since no one has won it for a long time now. 24 Likes 2 Shares |

"...My ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian." This statement will define the Man GEJ. Not because it sounds nice, but that He meant it. If there is one thing Gej got right, this is it. No one ever doubted His meekness. He deserves it. 49 Likes 5 Shares |

Nigerians and illusions. GEJ can't win the award. He ran a clueless and a thoroughly corrupt government laden with unprecedented impunity. There are reasons why he lost. You don't win the award by simply conceding defeat to a winner. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

What Former president Good luck Jonathan has done is perfectly normal.. However the extraordinary sets in as in the history of Nigerian politics,Refusal to accept that rigging was not enough on the losing party side is common. Jonathan will never be forgotten for this !!! God bless Jonathan God bless South South God bless Buhari/Osinbanjo God bless Nigeria 8 Likes 2 Shares |
