You can wear V-neck and yes, you can also wear jean/chinos. I sewed n wore chinos shorts in camp. I used about 8 v-neck shirts n no problem at all. Just ensure they are pure white. Cheers

That is not a problem...
The "koko" is to see it on your dashboard.
Naija network problem could have caused it not to deliver peradventure when it was sent.

Your appended signature won't show on your dashboard but if it is displaying "invalid signature..." Kindly append another one without any different from the earlier uploaded one. Mind you, the essence of appending the signature online is to serve as a reconciliation for the one you are to append on your printed green card.
