Sir, you may not be aware, but I think there are some issues on lands in that area.

I don't know the Title document accompanying the land you are selling, but the Excision on that land was revoked when Gov. Amosun came into office. I know this cos I was privy to the activities of the Juducial Commission of Inquiry Led by Justice Akinyemi who recommended its revocation.
