Just be yourself, you'll be fine. As for the greeting part, just look each of them in the eye and say Good Morning/Aftn/Evn.
All through the interview, make sure you look into the eye of any of the panel member that engage you. There is a score for eye contact.

I also need to learn........ Gets chair and seat down

Just say "good morning/ good day everyone if the panel comprises male and female. However, I've been to a panel interview of 3 men, and I simply greeted "good morning Sirs"

lol. engr i can see ure preparing hard for dis interview but does indian man really count those things. well, it is good to prepare all round because of uncertainity

I had to Google this, and they clearly pointed out the differences for sir & sirs. Guess I'm sticking to mine

You did not state which type of panel you want to face.
Anyway be your self, put on a decent smile, look into their eye to connote confidence. And finally add a sense of polite and more of courtesy.
