bishopjoe02: Nigeria always in the this dream of thinking the western world care about us. Hahahaha. Syria is a perfect example, they fought Asaad for a while, now they are supporting him. Mugabe is a very good African example. And yet, they have the Queen of England, what a hypocrisy. I wish some Nigerians will just wake up. |

helinues: Pure garbage, please cry me a river. Now you are looking for sympathy at the 11th hour, after 6yrs of looting the country dry, we should applaud him for conceding defeat when it was so glaring even for Steve Wonder. The only thing missing from this crap is GEJ till 2019, isn't that what you clowns have been saying till 48hrs ago? He made a call to Buhari, really, he should have sent hired killer then? Nonsense, why did he not make a call to Fashola a week ago when he sent rifraffs to ask for Jega to be sacked. You must be suffering from amnesia. You think that soon, we'll forget that you thieves rob the nation dry? You all will be brought to justice, so stop playing on emotion and find a seat at the very back.... Bunch of thieves and low lives who don't have a day job, not that no one will be paying you to lose your brain and keep saying GEJ till 2019 I wonder what's next in your lives. |

raffite: He also said he didn't give a damn when told to declare his asset. Now a thieve is your mentor? You fools are not getting any sympathy from anyone so you understand. Great mind? Really, you must really have a low esteem in live and your bar is lower than the ground you walk upon. Thesame guy that stole the election in Ekiti? Is the money they are paying you for your GEJ till 2019 still left? Don't worry you and all your kinds with your stupid PR stunt will soon run out of luck...actually I think you already did GEJ Till 2019....Not

jpphilips: I think you and @zomoears should pick some books and read on what the foreign policies of the international communities are and what they have actually be doing in the past decades. I am not saying what the op wrote was correct neither can I disprove it but given that you believed that USA would have send in troop into Nigeria soil shows you lot really do not know how the real world works. Please stop twitting and following every celebrity news, invest your time in reading books, meaningful books. If there were to be crisis in Nigeria those USA troops would first evacuates its citizens, set up a buffer zone for humanitarian crisis, while they use their drones to monitor events on ground. While France will set hers along Cameroonian border since Cameroon happens to be his golden goose. Sure they would have put pressure on Nigeria government, from sanction to arming opposition and even providing them intels. Maybe down the road after accessing the situation they might assist whomever seems to foster their cause with air raids. But thinking that USA or France will deploy troops to Nigeria is a big joke. With their "lean" military budget and the backlash that came with their last military intervention in Libya etc I doubt if Nigeria is worth stressing over with troop deployment. 1 Like 1 Share |

rabimlomo:they'll only intervene if the leader allows it!....the worst they can do is induce a coup so as to enthrone a leader they can relate with before coming in and that won't ever happen to a country wey wise people full like Nigeria |

ionsman:Note this part of the story: "General Abdulsalami and other African Statesmen were still pondering how to douse the expected mayhem and they placed a call to Gen. Buhari to plead with him to restrain his supporters and to tell him they were preparing to go and meet President Jonathan to call his Hawkish associates to order when Gen. Buhari told them not to bother that PGEJ has already called him and conceded defeat. Everyone was stunned beyond word." Gen Abdulsalam himself said so on television which I watched. Would you say The General was lying against himself? Believe it or not, if GEJ was to be self-centered; by now the likes of you have been more concerned about where to hide than sitting in the comfort of your room and spewing shit. |

ionsman: Your analysis of the Op's cock & bull story is spot on! Peeps, and pimps, are simply trying to launder gej's tattered image. Gej made dt call ard 5.15pm, not 4.15pm. If he had made dt call before the results of sokoto and delta were announced by inec I for respect am small. Am of the opinion dt gej and his crew went 2 bed Sunday night with the entire election result in their possession. If truly gej is no be, and humble, he shud av made dt Monday morning. If he had, orubebe wudnt have thrown dt idiotic tantrum he threw. A rtd General, an internationally respected one 4 dt matter wins you a civilian in an election adjudged to be credible and you contemplate not congratulating him or accepting defeat,......menh gej for dey on his own oh. |

bishopjoe02: I dont understand you young Nigerians at all. On one hand you accuse my generation of having failed you, on the other you are advocating chaos and the disprution of laid down rules. Well, you are right on one thing: Yes GEJ could have chosen to do that, but where you got it wrong is to say nothing will happen. It seems you don't know the very turbulent history of your country very well. If nothing had happened, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida or Sanni Abacha would probably still be your president today. Goodluck would have called for his own very annihilation by so doing. And those that are forming strong head and advicing him to such idiotic idea would be the first to abandon him when the heat becomes unbearable. |

Sir I humbly disagree with you, as we all know that "the call" was made around 5:15pm during which orubebe have already finished his show of shame which took place around 11pm, so you can't tell us that the phone call even was unfolding since then. so please get your facts right and check you time lapse. |
