Hmmm the third Reich will not have let imperial Japan to be a contender for domination even though they were allies. They would do to Japan what they did to Russia. If the third Reich had gained world domination Africans would have become samples for many of their experiments and would have been more or less slaves if they didn't wipe us out for the land. The state of scientific progress would be different though I would say even more advanced than now but at the cost of life and freedom for the non-aryans.

Their victory would have begotten another world war within two decades just like how WW1 lead to WW2.

Africa would be turned to a farm land..

How ? had they won, they would be controlling all the industrial facilities of the the US and Russia.
Projects such as the Manhattan project can not go unnoticed.

You obviously did not read my first response. The Germans would have taken down the Japanese no doubt about it and they would have used atomic weapons as they were far advanced in their own research into atomic energy. The Japanese would not have given up easily and the Germans would have been too willing to test their new weapons.

Anyway, had the axis of evil won, they would be overwhelmed today or long time ago by several patriotic uprisings throughout the world ( Europe, USA, Former Soviet Union, Africa , China, India etc.)
It would be very hard for them to keep the situation under control due to the lack of sufficient manpower.

Manpower makes industries, it does not control people. Confirm lies and propaganda is what controls people. The things that gives peace are truth, justice, freedom and equality. Which means no boss on nobody, no servant for anybody.

If the Germans and Japanese had won,it would have been a disaster for africans,mostly due to the fact that we have great human and mineral resources,yet we are too weak to protect it.also,the germans of the 16th-18th century were extremely racist,they would have bullied any nation that isnt aryan into subservience.
Unlike the US,the germans wouldnt have suscribed to the idea of ruling the world through pacts,alliances and a world order,they would have preferred the totalitarian approach of subjugating the world through military force.This would have sparked a continous series of uprisings and revolts that would have spanned through decades or even centuries,as revolutionary leaders would always arise from every part of the world to challenge the german authority.
Finally,the Germans would have sought to conquer japan after using it as a stepping stone to power.

And manpower is needed to put troops on war fronts, manpower is needed to have police forces control rioting crowds.
Could Germany, Italy and the Japan overcome the worldwide uprising against their forces in Europe, Africa, America and Asia? Could they be able to brainwash everybody and control nations ? I doubt.
Nazi Germany was even NOT able to sustain the stretching of its armed forces on the Russian front.

Maybe but remember that the Germans were ruthless and genocide would have been easy for them. I read one time that they planned to exterminate South American nations so they could have the land and resources. Thank God the madness was stopped.

A bad general or leader will rush into battle with troops. A good one will infiltrate them from the inside out. they would cause discontentment among the opponent camps, and at their opponent's weak hour claim the glory. the use of troop is the last stage, i call it sweeping.
to keep people in control, you just need to tickle their fantasies. The troops' fantasies are also tickled to get them in the warfront. Propaganda is the main war(mental war), troops are for cleaning up and rebuilding.

It wouldn't have just been a war between Germany and Japan. The allied countries and Russia would have seized the opportunity, chosen between the lesser of of two evils and tried to take down Germany for a third time. Many of the reasons why WW2 happened was because of a whole generation of Europeans grew up knowing how easy it is for them to kill on such scale as the WW1. The Germans being typical Germans laid out a plan to correct their mistakes and almost pulling it off.
I would guess that if the Germans had won, the rest of the Euros (bar France lol) wouldn't have given up either and almost certainly would have gathered whatever resources they had left to annihilate their enemy.

Some good parts of Germany and Japan having won could be today
1. No Israeli- Palestinian wars: Palestinians would still be in their land.
2. No AL-Shabaah, No ISIS, No Boko haram, No AL-Qaeda and many other terrorists groups.
3.No Korean war
4. No Vietnam wars at least between Vietnam and the US or Vietnam and France
5. No war in Syria. No NATO warplanes bombing Libya
6. No French military bases in Africa.

If the Germans had won I doubt any of the conquered nations would have had much of a population to stage another war. One of the Germans stated goal for the war was living space, wholesale slaughter they were practicing in Auschwitz would have been readily employed to subjugate and lessen the populations of any nation they conquered.
