You don't need any account number, just print the payment slips online(2 copies) nd go to bank with it; tell the teller you want to pay oau school fee they know what to do. Albeit bank charges applies

Heres what you do...1.)go to the oau eportal site(search through google). 2.) click on undergraduate login. 3.) enter ur jamb 2014 registration number in the field requesting for your user-name. 4.) enter ur surnname in small letters in the field requesting for password. 5.) click submit 6.) read the info on the next page nd click 'I ACCEPT'.( be very careful NOT to click on admission rejected as it would terminate ur admission into the university.). 7.)on the next page, u'll see a field requesting for the type of payment you want to make. click on school fees. 8.) on the next field, click on the bank u want to pay into( advise First Bank). 9.) click on CASH on the next field nd submit. 10.)on the next page is displayed ur payment slip for schoolfees to be presented at ur bank of choice(teller), print 2 colored copies of it. 11.) go back to the page on step7 nd repeat the whole process but in this case, select ACCEPTANCE FEES in the field requesting for the type of payment to be made. ensure u print 2 colored copies of it. 12.) log out................violla! whenever u want to pay, present the two copies of each fees to be paid to the bank. ensure they're stamped nd duely signed by the Bank. the bank is to keep one copy while u take the other. try to make photocopies of them nd keep safely. u can contact me on whatsapp via 08120602151 for more info on this. The problem is that all this is geek language. Can someone who understands what this translates to in real life help? How can we generate a digital signature? Where do we go? What do we use?

All what they asking from you is just your signature which will be requested from you in any examination. One of the major reasons they requested for it is to generate your I. D Card and to prevent the act of impersonation.
In a nutshell, they simply want you to upload your signature by inscribing it on a white paper, preferably at the back of your passport.
