this are anti termite woods that drives termite away.

2x2x12 = 280pcs x N300 = N84, 000

2x2x12= 480pcs x N300 = N144, 000 (purlin) this is the wood we use for stone coated roof instead of 2x3x12, we normally use 2x3x12 for houses that will use long span, stepped tiles or metcopo, the purlins spacing is 14inches apart, where roof tiles will be nail or fix

2x4x12 = 450pcs x N500 = N225, 000

3x4x12 = 35pcs x N800 = N28, 000

2x6x12 = 30pcs x N800 = N24, 000

3 bag of 3 inches Anti rust nail @ N5, 500 × 3 = N16, 500

2 and half bags of 4inches Anti rust nail @ N5, 500 x 2= 1/2 = N13, 750

Total Cost of materials and Accessories = N535, 250.

Transport is N30, 000

Workmanship is N180, 000

Total is N745, 250



Please note this below.

The height of this house is 7 meters

The Breadth is approximately 50 ft

The Length is Approximately 60 ft

the stone coated roof tiles that will cover this house is 605 square meters

97 meters ridges

40 meters valley gutter
