Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by uyplus(m): 6:00am On Apr 05, 2015 |
Alot of prophecies that GEJ will win, and there will be civil unrest were recorded prior to the election. For some, it's exactly one week from the time this prophecies were declared and while for others it's been a while from that instance till now. These bandwagon of self acclaimed 'men of God' , claimed that they are all speaking for one God and they further went on to share their account to their member and the world at large of what was revealed to them from the supernatural. Now that their prophecies have failed, how should members who get to fellowship with these 'men of God' have to deal with this prophecies gone wrong? Could it be that God chose to act differently from what he revealed to them? And why would God really have to that? Or could it be that these highly placed pastors are fake men of god? Or could it be that this God concept is a hoax? Should members still carry on with their fellowship and listen to their teachings? How can it be proved that their teachings and claims of 'God said' & 'God sent me to tell you' gist are true? 1 Like 1 Share |

there's only one reasonable conclusion. these men are fake. first God can never minister different outcomes to different men. he is not a God of confusion. the members can decide to stay if they like because these men of God will still find ways of explaining away the lies. especially by claiming that they were able to change God's mind by praying...I still want a comprehensive list of these men and their prophecies. 1 Like |

Fake or real is not my business. But I think they told their members, and even APC to pray so the problem could be averted. Haven't you heard that prayer of the faithful availeth much? Or do you think nigerians didn't pray? |
Re: Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by uyplus(m): 6:39am On Apr 05, 2015 |
Tallesty1: And how long have they prayed? They prayed against Boko haram saying that god said it was ending January 2014, but it's tarried past that time. Please stop these bandwagon of deluded and brainwashed humans who clclaim to hear from God and speak for God. Last Sunday, my friend said his pastor ordered they praise God for 30minutes that God requested for it and afterwards he prophesied that GEJ will win.. Crap!! That's why we are Africans!! Always depending on the supernatural god that has failed us for years, yet the europeans that live and dwell in the natural are miles ahead of us.. 1 Like 1 Share |

uyplus:Is the story of boko-haram still thesame? I don't give a crap about your friend and I am not denying the fact that there are some fake men of God, all I am saying is, the righteous have been prayed for a peaceful election and Jonathan's loss could be an answered prayer. That's my point. |
Re: Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by uyplus(m): 8:47am On Apr 05, 2015 |
Tallesty1: So who are these righteous men of God? If 11 highly placed Nigerian pastors said God showed them that 2015 will be like june 12 yet nothing never happend, means followers are simply deluded.. Maybe d God that created the Christians is different frm the one that created the Muslims and Buddhist n the likes of others.. Man, God has no religion.. he isn't that small to be confined in some spot and have mere mortals speak fir him. Religion is hoax.. they study trends, then make predictions and called them prophecies for their gullible followers like you.. |
Re: Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by Tallesty1(m): 8:58am On Apr 05, 2015 |
uyplus:The are the ones that Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness etc, point is, you know them by their fruit not prophecy. uyplus:Would you rather it happened? The said it will be like JUNE 12 and URGED US TO PRAY and WE PRAYED and GOD ANSWERED US. uyplus:This is off point, it doesn't an answer. |
Re: Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by uyplus(m): 11:33am On Apr 05, 2015 |
Tallesty1: Man, stop being deluded on religion.. it is a biggest scam.. Do you know how many people have died in the hands of Boko haram from January 2014 to March 2015? And you have the guts to say Boko haram has reduced right? Maybe the armies of Waring nations should down their tools and embrace prayers at points of warfare.. Pastor and bishops tried to make predictions based on antecedents and past trends then call it prophecy and you just jump at it and claim he is god sent.. Religion os the opium of the masses. I can bet folks like you voted based on religious sentiments, that's if you even voted. Hate it or love it, God has no religion!!! |

Prixus:with particular reference to the embolden; if God is not a God of confusion and the church is rifed with clannish denominations with divergent, conflicting doctrines which are sometimes skewed. Isn't it then safe to conclude that God is not the God of the church since a God who's no confusionist can not head a church inherently ladden with confusion? |

Re: Failed Election Prophecies By Self Acclaimed 'men Of God' & Its Effect On Membrs by Nobody: 7:11pm On Apr 06, 2015 |
Epaul:good point there but I'll have u know this. doctrines and laws and denominations are meaningless to me as a Christian. laws and doctrines are not the ultimate when serving God. Romans 7 gives an explanation of this. it even makes reference not to man-made laws like don't perm your hair or don't wear trousers etc but to the law of moses as given to us by God. now he admonished that we do not live by this law anymore but by the spirit of Christ in us. another good example of "do this" or "don't do this" as we see today is given in 1st corinthians chapter 8. verse 9 goes on to tell u what u should be careful about. what's important is not whether a church says do this or not. in fact those things are trivial. the important thing is your conscience and whether that action will cause another to sin. so u see my friend this confusion is not of God but of humans whose righteousness is hinged on doctrines and laws... |
