Ambode And Jimi Agbaje: A Comparison by xtayle(m): 2:09pm On Apr 07, 2015
Jimi Agbaje runs a Chemist Shop in Apapa for the last 30 years and it has remains a shop till today. He also speak good English, socializes and have suave manners. But thats as far as it goes. He is NOT the owner of Mopson, Nemeith, May and Baker, Emzor (built from scratch by a woman -Stella Okoli), Tuyil, etc.

However, Akinwumi Ambode has seen it all in terms of local and international education, exposure and career. He's a first-class product with a sound and creative mind demonstrated in academics and he got to the peak of his career in grand style. See attached picture for his track record.

It goes without saying my Sister. Do you also know that the Chemist Shop employs just about 6 people after operating for 30 years. I wonder how Jimi Agbaje hopes to run Lagos State Exco, civil service, parastatals, etc, especially now that PDP has lost in the centre, they will eat up lagos revenue without thinking.

Some of his friends claim he gave up ownership of the shop some years ago. Ok to do what exactly?? What does he do now?? This means he's jobless. We want to take a jobless person with no experience, no qualification to run the most important state in Nigeria.. Nah doesn't make sense

Other contestants are talking to all.and sundry -- be it hausa, edo, anang, ibibio, fulani, ogoni etc.

Why is Jimi and PDP making it a sectional campaign and hell bent on dividing a peaceful land of the yorubas.

The most shocking thing is that apart from being "jobless" or "track-recordless" as the case may be, he belongs to PDP a party that has no plans whatsoever. He speaks of bold ideas but couldnt mention in what areas. If he is talking about the bold ideas he has applied to his pharmacy shop that has made it remain a single shop for 30 years, then Lagos is heading for trouble if they vote for Jimi Agbaje. Obviously, he's bringing "bold stagnation" and "bold Failure" to Lagosians.

He has seen a willing tool in Igbos in Lagos. Unfortunately, our Igbo brothers in Lagos are bent on playing "the spoiler" game, forgeting that if Lagos is great its for all Lagosians, if its greater, its also for all. If it goes down, it will also affect all.

who was ambode before he joined the government, I think that will be a faire point of comparison, FYI ambode was not part of Lagos
success, that success was under fashola and let us not forget that mr fash sacked him, that tells a lot about him...you did not including his sacking in the CV. Please get some education a pharmacy is not a chemist shop, pharmacists anywhere in d world to me a far more noble than accountant..bank thieves

Gbam!!! Very well said. Bold ideas he says but we haven't heard any of those bold ideas. Obanikoro was on radio last Friday and couldn't even sell him. He was talking about education, someone called in and asked what else apart from education, he couldn't say anything. Obanikoro said "you know if you take care of education everything will fall into place" Obanikoro that sounds like an illiterate trying to sell education.. too funny

You either got it twisted or you are mischievous. Ambode is not a politician under fashola. He was more or less a civil servant who rose through the rank and file to become the Accountant General and Permanent Secretary. Neither was he sacked as you claim. He retired after a meritorious service to Lagos state, to set up a consultancy services firm. That is how you guys said Buhari had no WAEC but now, NTA-your mouth piece now says Buhari is a Master's Degree Holder.

Mind you, there is nothing wrong with being a pharmacist but because you are biased you now claim pharmacy is nobler than Accounting as a profession. There is non of them that is second to the other. It all depend on what you do with them. Jimi Agbaje obviously did nothing of record with his pharmacy training and I wonder why? Stella Okoli build Emzor Phamaceuticals Limited in Aswani, Isolo. They manufacture tablets, syrup and injectibles while she employs Hundreds of staff. Jimi agbaje is dispensing drugs in Apapa with a similar training.

What Ambode has done with his Accounting training is in public domain

Obanikoro, Jimi Agbaje, etc. They are same. They have nothing to offer. They are PDP. Thats why Jonathan failed despite having realized about US$500bln (thats about N80trln) in oil export alone, he had nothing to show for it. If Jimi Agbaje takes over the affairs of Lagos, the state is doomed. He who have ears let him listen now. Our Igbo brothers ans Sister who love Lagos genuinely, there is no wisdom in playing "the spoiler" game. Jonathan has moved on. You need to also move on.

What if I told you it does not. APC have development masterplan for lagos covering all areas of the state's economy up to the next 20 year which are already unfolding in phases. This development master plan include power generation which right now is at about 45MW powering all government operations all over Lagos ranging from The secretatiat in Alausa, Lagos State Hospitals and Healthcare Service Commission, The Judiciary, The Legislators, Waterworks in Akute, Water works in Lakki axis etc. Its only a matter of time before Lagos turns to London or US. PDP has no plan. Only Bold Failures.

Now tell me why you thought its heading same way.

really? Remember d president-elect's issue of certificate remains unresolved not to talk of his age. PDP n APC the same set of ppl seeking only their own selfish gain.

When it comes to the contestants, the difference is clear! AMBODE all the way!

JK fans have refused to outline his experience. Nothing, he comes from a rich home, finish.

The funniest part is when they say let's remove lagos from tinubu's grip. . lol. . So you want me to go from Tinubu and fashola to Bode George and koro. . haha. . olorun ma je.

AMBODE ALL THE WAY!!

Eko o ni baje!

One is more selfish than the other. When APC plays selfishness, you will see roads, bridges, schools, power plants, water works, housing estates, hospitals, etc. When PDP plays their own selfishness, you see nothing. You only hear of US$20bln missing.

Point out my lies with d truth if I did lie. Don't just say someone lie without giving d truth. For me, jimi agbaje is the lier and deceiver. He promised to elevate all Eze indigbo to the same level of oba of Lagos so he and PDP can capture power in Lagos and this was one of the reason that lead to the gaffe from d palace which we all condemned.

You can retire early if you wish to still do something with your life and passionate about that. Its not compulsory you fulfill those conditions. No laws says so. That rule applies only to those who want to sit put in office after they are old. not those which are willing to go and something else
