Hello NLders, Happy easter everyone

I've been on here for a while and can't find any thread about Ireland or is it cos there's no one migrating. I'd like to know much about their visa processes and procedures with chances of making a living down there too.

Please travel expertise contribute so as other who are interested might benefit from this too.

Thanks

Yeah you're right Mr Bayo, I'm sorry for replying late air tel has been wicked lately and that also affected my response to your PM.

Please the best thing to do first is try to write the school of your interest ask about their requirements for getting an unconditional offer. As most things stated on their website might have change cos I find out that most the school website are not updated.

About the visa thingy, the first info I got is that if one is applying for a student you must show a proof that you've pay the required schools with that you're good to go and visa is 80% sure.

That's all I got for now, you can kindly add yours or make some research too to compare and contrast.

You couldn't be more wrong, just because the fess have been paid does not mean you are 80% of the way, what about sponsorship, source of funds, income stream to keep you in Ireland etc, etc. Please read ALL requirements and pay attention to all. I know the VO's will look for good overall applications and not just concentrate on Finances

That's true brother, I do appreciate your input. As at now am still weighing my chances of applying

I am very keen on getting as much info on Ireland. There's a Dublin thread here and it's proven to be very be informative. (Search nairaland)

In all honesty, I want to dedicate 1yr to raising funds for my Masters in the UK 2016, I'll be forced to defer to next year.

Am lucky enough to go to Ireland without a Visa for a period of 3 months, country privileges :-)
I would then wish to get a permit to allow me to stay longer for work purposes, legal jobs are what earn real money!

I think paying tuition to pose as a student is ridiculous: I don't have that sort of money to waste (cheap schools are being shut down).

Is there anyone who can give me more info as to how to stay longer once my 3 month is up?
Will appreciate your input and advice.

Would love too but i left the school system a few years back and now working in the country. This is the website to use to see a list of all the third level courses in Ireland http://www.cao.ie/courses.php and this website provides details of the different courses http://www.qualifax.ie/?Mainsec=courses&Subsec=search_courses
