How did you come about this amount you quoted. you had $20000 in your acct, and your Uncle stated that he paid that amount for your studies. I guess you confused the VO. I will advice you to remove your cousins details from your documents because that might stand as a tie in Canada, recalculate the total amount you need to survive for a year plus boarding and accommodation and ensure you quote an amount that is at least 5000CAD more as the available funds. Also, add your NYSC SOA, NYSC posting Letter, get Letter of Intro from your PPA stating how much you are paid monthly and notification of discharge by September or August which can serve as a study leave approval.
I think with all these, you should be fine.

House,
As one who is currently employed, can I submit my application for TRV without a study leave letter?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 12:53pm On Apr 08, 2015
You mean if it's a3year program it has to b the total for te three years that should be stated

midee:
i think that is the issue. you are suppose to calculate the total fee you need for your stay all through
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by midee: 12:57pm On Apr 08, 2015
i think so because you are expected to have all your money. and the box says available fund for stay

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 1:12pm On Apr 08, 2015
CIC oonly requires you have sufficient money to take care of yourself for the first year of study and then sufficient proof to show capability to keep funding.
So I think just the tuition, room and board fees + some miscellaneous is okay to be put as funds available.
In his case 8000 iss clearly insufficient.

And it should be noted that in a case were thhe sponsor isn't your parent you would need to do some convincing to d VO andf need extra sshow of fundss

Hello NLanders

I intend using 2 sponsors...My dad with SOA of 800k and his friend who will stand as my uncle with SOA of about 20M. I read somewhere on NLand that sponsors have to provide the following documents..Source of fund like payslip, employment letter, letter of intro from his employer with his SOA.

My dad's friend is willing to help, are there any other documents I need him to provide apart from the listed ones ?
Thanks
Dont include your Dad at all.
Use your dads friend alone as sponsor.
On your letter of sponsor, you can indicate that he is your uncle, or try to use him as any of your relatives.
You can now provide a letter of consent from your dad about his awareness of the sponsorship.
Good Luck.

Hello,

My wife is also an Accountant, but we are going together by God's grace. Yes you can work but uno there are no guarantees anywhere. You need to justify why u will be going to canada for a certificate, after having masters and all that. Its safer to apply a 2years program that will enable you get the 3years work permit. Your husband should be able to visit you, am still packaging our application, so i cant answer that. But as an Accountant u need to be a professional in canada before you are recognised and licensed to work as one. Research about the accounting qualifications in the province u applied to, that will even be a strong point for ur SOP.

Thank you very much for your response and time,
Do you intend to come back or stay back and work?
Because I told my husband we should do it together ,he is scared of the unknown, he works in a bank.
Is it advisable we go together or I go first?
Thanks
