So,is it compulsory to scan our ORIGINAL O'LEVEL CERTIFICATES or scanning the print out will do? Because some of us schooled far far away from where we live and we do not have the original certificates yet.

Secondly,can someone quickly supply me with the list of documents that will be required of us to scan and upload? I know of the Birth Certificate and O'Level result. Any other ones?

Mode of entry is JME. Place of birth is the town where you were born. place of origin is your state gan gan that you'll be able to present its LG State of Origin Certificate. Your next of kin is the person closest to you and the relationship means the kind of relationship you have with that person. e.g. brother, uncle, niece etc.

About the confirmation, its not as if they are gonna send the confirmation text or something. You check your page on portal and if it gives you access to screening and reg, you don get confirmation be that.
