This is a good speech from a man who knows what he is talking about. Lagosians, think deeply and look ahead instead of allowing sentiments to affect your reasoning. One Nigeria.

while I love Fashola and his style of governance plus how he has transformed Lagos state for better, his speech is sort of inciting people to vote for the APC.

he spoilt an erstwhile beautiful speech towards the end by talking about PDP, thereby giving the impression that if PDP is voted, Lagos will turn out for worse.

he should have maintained neutrality in his speech.

just my observation.......... I might be wrong.

remember to vote according to your conscience. may the best person between ambode and agbaje win.
I thought so too, but then he's an APC member. So his bias is not unwarranted.

Fashola, if you're honest to yourself, you would admit that the progress Lagos state has made under an APC government over the last 16 years has been very abysmal. If you're even more honest, you will agree that your political godfather will cease this golden opportunity he has gained by finally having his reins in the federal government to further amass wealth far beyond his imagination.

If you're also honest, you will also admit that it was under a PDP led federal government that Lagos was more capable to generate higher revenues internally because of the growth of Nigeria's economy. Whenever the economy of Nigeria appreciates, it affects Lagos more than any other state in Nigeria.

Mr Fashola, you're playing the blame game to cover up your deficiencies and inefficiencies. Lagos also needs change.
I ll shoot you 5 times!

1st Bullet
What else do you need to see that Tinubu & Fash ola did well in Lagos.
2nd Bullet
What evidence do you v against Tinubu that made him someone who amassed Lagos wealth?
3rd Bullet
How come is it that you don't see political godfatherism in Akpabio publicly appointing someone as next PDP candidate before a primary election, or as PEJ publicly endorsed Wike as Rivers State next governor?
4th Bullet
If you don't see faults in these but see it in Tinubu-Fashola-Ambode, then you are a robot!
If not, just keep your fingers in your pocket & stop using it to type rubbish!
Last Bullet
I see envy of Tinubu among every PDP members & noisemakers.
Na that envy go wound all of una!

#Ambode our next governor in Lagos!

Good observation but I agree with Fashola in pointing ALL to the benefits that will be derived from voting in the APC candidate. I particularly like where he emphasized that Lagos will even thrive better with Federal support.

Truth be told, no parent no matter how impartial you are will be happy to leave a child in the hands of an unknown or worse still bad guardian, or even worse still a good guardian in the midst of wolves. Fashola is simply displaying his passion for Lagos by asking you to answer those questions truthfully then go out to Vote. I am sure when you are done answering, you will conclude that voting in APC which will definitely align Lagos with the center is the only option for now for all genuine lovers of Lagos

Nice speech with a lil faults here and there. Trying to cajole. Sounds like if Agbaje wins Lagos wont be supported by Federal govt led APC. Oh well, for me I'll like to see a change in Lagos cos we have nothing to compare APC governance in Lagos with. Let's see what Agbaje will do. They're all the same.
All for them pockets. We all need to see that.

Please at least APC is doing very well. don't turn over this finely progressing vehicle called Lagos to the people who want it to suffer. at least the prosperity in Lagos is increasing (you cant deny it) and it will be boosted now APC is now Federal. Buhari will deal with Tinubu.

vote APC its for the greater good.

Jimi is the right man but only in the wring party.

Ambode has the experience + the right party.

please biko
