If i am a year old, as long as I can converse intelligibly, I need to correct you of your misconceptions about my tribe, may humility help you understand: do not scrape Yoruba off her tradition of origin because you like to share her kinship with Igbo, Hausa or Fulani. Yoruba tradition is not subjective to your grand scientific awaiting discovery. Yoruba tradition is their equivalent of Eri migration and the ObuGad, you are sentimental about these, how will you feel if a Yoruba man start saying these are fable? Well I know your thought about Oduduwa.

few African tribes ( Not countries do cirxumscision). And more importantly, several tribes of Hebrews are scattered across Africa. It very likely its a covenant with God, not their God. We don't have more Dan one God.

Its likely for God Cuz its 100% compulsory for all igbos
