APC has been in Lag 4 16yrs? PDP has been in that tiny Bayelsa & Akwa Ibom 4 16yrs too. Lagos is 4 APC. Igbos shd learn not to be Oliver T Igbos r funny. Let's be frank. What is Agbaje's background? Agbaje is a smooth talker. No doubt about that. Agbaje is more handsome. No doubt about that. But what is Agbaje's background? He's A pharmacist. He has never been in government but he wants to be the Governor of Lagos State. Before Obama could aspire for the office of the President, he was a Senator. He knew about the inner workings of government. When many of Agbaje's age mates were fighting for the enthronement of democracy during the military junta, Agbaje kept a distance. He stuck to his pharmaceutical shop. Today, he's gunning for the no. 2 job in Nigeria.Some people are supporting him because "they want change in Lagos". Tell me, what kind of change will you want for a state that has been the 'example of good governance ' since 1999. Well, I know the 'change' some people want. They want a change from 'Lagos is part of Yorubaland' to Lagos is 'no man's land'. Since 3 non Yorubas won seats in the House of Representatives under PDP, some are clamouring for a change that will land them a 'deputy governorship position in 2019 and a governorship position in 2023..,' Because if it is about 'change' , change has come.
