You can Look for another Gionee P2 User, If you have CWM on your phone already. Then BackUp on the person's phone with your scarf in the phone. then remove your SdCard and put it on your bricked phone, Boot into Clockwork recovery and Restore..... it should come up now.... but your phone will look exactly like the other person's phone. You can make your changes anyway.

BTW, finished work on something that turns any old TV that uses AV cable into an android TV. Can browse on it abs control it with a phone or mouse. Need to design a casing for it. The prototype is clumsy but I'm using it in a hotel. Disconnected the stupid African Magic and playing legend of Zelda while using my phone as pad.

But I'm looking at the bigger picture. Currently working on creating a home Internet Cafe through which I can sell and monitor data to those in my location. Using piratebox as a wifi repeater to extend the range of my wifi AP. Modifying the html files in piratebox is not easy but working on it.
Should be ready by next week

At worst I will install a light Linux distro into the phone

There are two Ways I know of,
First, is by Taking some space from your SD card, and adding it to your RAM.

Second, is through the use of an App. this will actually increase your RAM, in the stead of taking space from your SD card.
