Its been long I played it so can't remember the settings but I know I used odd numbers for the frame skipping settings e.g any one of 1, 3, 5, 7 etc

I think I ticked buffered rendering too

Unzip the game... Use especially file Explorer, open the zip folder, select the game and extract it to any folder, then use ppsspp and play the game. That's all
