Though this's an habitual act of most people including myself; but trust me when i put it that handsets are the 3rd most disease vectors after hands and flies, as the the former can be contaminated by the pathogenic invisible microbes in the feacal matter (mainly E.coli/coliforms).
So my co-nairalander, this act is as bad as diseases cos we can sterilize our hands in the course of washing after using the toilet but cannot do that to phone(else your name will be changed to sorry). Thank you

I do it too..my wife doesn't like it cz she knws I wil spend mor dan an hour in der...she wil just bust in n demands fr d phone.Chattin der dey swiiiit...dts d only place I hv a fun filled chat...only wen am in d rest room

Sh***ting while chatting or playing games on the phone Is called multi-tasking,it's turning a boring moment into a productive one.drop the phone,wash your bumbum n pick it up,I don't see what's unhygienic about.

It is normal thing among men to go to the toilet with phones, news papers, magazines and portable games. This is because sitting on that toilet seat makes life boring for them. as par the hygienicity of it, well, I dont know oo but that depends on how hygienic you are personally and how you take good care of yourself.
How will one go to toilet and dont wash his or her hand after using the toilet so much so that poo is discovered on thier phones? thats dirtiness. why is there water always available in the toilets? why is there Tissue papers?
If there is none of these in the toilets, why using it the toilet? because i wonder how u gonna clean up yourself witouth water or tissues.
