Now that Gej had lost the election, it is obvious that Madam oil goddess Desiani and Mr Bon Oti will not be in NNPC again. My question is -how about her OPEC job, will she keep the job? If not will the next petroleum minister head the office -OPEC?

She was given the job not as Dieziani, but as Nigeria's Petroleum Minister. The new minister will take over from her, while she battles to clear her name with GMB for the monumental fraud perpetuated by her in NNPC.

Her presidency ends. It is Nigeria's loss anyways. She would have convened a meeting where they'll deliberate on appropriate actions to take to ensure that prices rally up to meet profitability. We have to live with brunt of depending on oil for the next few years.

If she will keep it is her decision. But not being a petroleum minister under the incoming govt does not stop her from completing her one yr duty as opec president.

So opec swept her fraudulent acts under the carpet, just because they want to have a female president abi?

I call this allegation born out of emotion and hate.

It wasn't the place of OPEC to investigate her activities within her local country. She was just appointed by virtue of her position.

I'm not emotional...I hate her, though.

Are you for real?, she's representing Nigeria & and will relinquish the post along with her portfolio.

Rilwanu Lukman was still opec president even after he ceased to be Nigeria oil minister.
