You're still on this journey of trying to scam me? Weeks ago it was Alex now it's Ikechukwu. Don't worry na DPO go settle our case when I'm ready for you.

Its still Alex, his second name is ikechukwu. Urine abeg I don't joke with my money. We both know what will happen if a DPO gets involved.

I will soon open a thread on top your matter.

How about halliburton and 16 billion dollars OBJ' s electrification project?

Open and close cases, yet nobody has been held accountable.
Those ones will not put GEJ in a bad light so it won't make good press.

All a waste of time. There will be too many prominent Northerns that will be involved that are heads of departments in nnpc, lng, pensions board etc.
You all think that it was all perpetrated by SS peeps in government alone.....your all on a long thing!

Please, APC should not be clouded by running after air. Start now to stop further stealing.

My opinion.

2015 is definitely going to be interesting! I'm so sure that Buhari will revisit these cases and the aftermath will hit some public officials like Mayweather's punch.

Just like Oby rightly said,"we don't know the extent of the damage Jonathan has done to Nigeria, not until he leaves office."
Exactly, all the theft mention above will be small, the entire country will be short of words when everything exposed, even Gej him self will be suprised what happened under his watch with his cluelessnes

Yes he was the most corrupt president nigeria every had yet he was able to perform better (although not by a lot) than some of our ex-presidents. The devil you know is way better than the angel you don't know. We know all this because of the freedom of information bills he allowed to be passed into law. Hopefully the president elect will fulfil his electoral promises and restore the glory of our country nigeria.

Yoruba.ibo, ijaw, hausa, efik, akwa ibom etc....all tribes stealing the country dry...may God kill all thiefing politicians and their families...I am sorry for swearing on them..this is just crazy... sad
Re: Top Twelve Corruption Cases In Nigeria by Nobody: 1:15pm On Apr 14, 2015
Oh well....we know they won't be punished ever.

Back during army rule...all that was needed to silence critics was to either allege they were American-zionist agents , or evil unbelievers....or part of the evil Lagos-Ibadan axis of newspapers....to keep them quiet.

Now...we have a new set of theives...and all we hear are....But the Hausas stole too when they were in Power....with the subtext that we should leave them to steal....it is their time.

(And from the religion point...the funny thing is that most of these thieves are good christians. Just like the chap who got an award from a church several years ago...while he was looting.).

You know the problem....I expect the stealing to continue when the General takes over. And this time...the accusation against the whistle blowers would be evil Southerners are coming to sell us to the Jews.

Because you see , Nigerians really do not want to fight corruption. They do not want leaders who will develop innovative economies like that of Japan, Germany, China, South Korea, Singapore and so on....economies that can stand even when the country is devastated. Because most Nigerians think that their economy is a many tiered angel food cake with vanilla icing. And they think that their leaders are meant to get them closer to the cake so that they can have a bite. They do not care about how the ingredients for the cake are to be sourced.Even the Niger Delta people....who by rights deserve a big slice of the cake....talk about their being a big producer of oil...as if it makes them have a divine right to everything...so that they can enjoy a life of leisured rich men and women....using their money to import luxuries.

But the truth is there is no national cake. It does not exist. The oil we have is not enough. America is going to be energy independent by 2030. As are many European countries...and even China(which most Africans nowadays regard as their new saviour.....yes....saviour indeed). That leaves us with one option...we have to work for our money. Get that into our heads....that the resources we have are severely limited....the same idea China and India got decades ago....and then we would be forced to develop an innovative economy...free of govt corruption...because in such an economy massive looting means that light, water and power won't function, schools would be bad, health would be bad...and the workers won't be in good shape at all to keep the economy firing.

This oil is noting more than a means of deception. Because we have oil....and also in the past groundnut, cocoa, oil palm and so on....we think that we have an endless cornucopia of money.....and we forget that science and tech can make these our sources of money redundant. That is why we must stop thinking that we have an endless supply of money. The oil price drop should have woken us up. We no longer have the money. Our Salvation lies in a concise and comprehensive industrialization programme.....over the next ten years.

Nigeria must industrialize. It is our only hope and our only salvation....and the means by which I would be judging APC come May 29. Nigeria has no choice...as does Africa. We cannot be the world's raw material provider.....we must also become the workshop of the world. And we can do it.

Good points but the write-up is too polarized for my liking. Does it mean that it is only people in PDP that are corrupt? Meaning APC is made of saints. Bravo!

Still does not excuse the fact that wrongdoing was done.

Just so you know...I too opposed corruption back then.

I am not like most of you Nigerians....I call black black...and white white.

I will never ever excuse corruption or indeed any type of wrongdoing at any time....even if it is my relative or my family member involved.

Besides...the topic is corruption in the last few years....not since independence or during the military era.

And you call me biased! I guess with attitudes like yours...Nigeria will remain backward...united or divided.

The removal of kerosene Subsidy by Yar'dua's regime was null and void hence there was no Kerosene Subsidy Scam rather the timidity and illegality of Yar'dua's Kerosene policy regime.

There was never a time in Nigeria history where Yar'dua made a broadcast to effect the removal of Kerosene subsidy nor was there any official gazette transmitted to NNPC and DPPRA to effect the change according to the Law

Writing a policy statement on a piece of paper and transmitting same to CBN when every known procedure was not followed makes the policy null and void

Oga, what are you saying? When last did you buy kerosene at the 50 Naira subsidy rate, since you say subsidy was not removed?

Many mumu Nigerians dey o, suffering and smiling.
