Have they recruited those that were trained finished, ICSL is one of the cankerworms that graduates needs to stand against

These coy had penetrated both local and international companies in Nigeria encouraging them to introduce 'contract staff' into their organizations to save cost: thiswill in turn denied such staff some benefits which they are entitled to as compared to their so called "professional staff" in the same organization.

Go to banks and see how this coy called ICSL has colonized some destinies just for their own selfish interest

If 'contract staff' is to be eliminated in Nigeria especially Lagos, this coy must be liquidated first, honestly!

How I wish Buhari could start CHANGE on this issue called "contract staff"?

That is big lie .. Indirectly you people are enslaving people by indirectly deducting staff money .. How come the bank are not paying directly to staff if u people are not deducting staff Sallary .. From a reliable source I know a bank where they pay 80k to your organisation for each staff but what you do is to credit staff with 60k.. This the highest level of wickedness and you people should stop it and to make the matter worst those your OND STAFF do not have good approach to applicant during the screening process just because people are looking for job.. It is very bad

I dont understand why you people are complaining, I think its normal, they pay you a certain amount and they remove their commission(you think its easy to get a job, then if that is the case, we shouldn't be having this discussion). With what I heard, ICSL is better than workforce. They are very very considerate compared to other recruiting agency, in fact they are better than workforce in terms of payment. The person that said they paid you 60k instead of 80k, workforce would have paid you 50k or 48, 782. pls ask around. Its business!!! Happy Democracy Day

Neither the LIRS nor TETFund regulate labour standards, your compliance to the standards only means your firm pays it taxes as at when due.
I had expected u to cite commendations from NLC, NSITF or TUC, those are the organisations concerned with labour standards and workers welfare

It's easy to rationalize the 25% monthly deductions from afar since it is not happening to you.
