That is big lie .. Indirectly you people are enslaving people by indirectly deducting staff money .. How come the bank are not paying directly to staff if u people are not deducting staff Sallary .. From a reliable source I know a bank where they pay 80k to your organisation for each staff but what you do is to credit staff with 60k.. This the highest level of wickedness and you people should stop it and to make the matter worst those your OND STAFF do not have good approach to applicant during the screening process just because people are looking for job.. I dont understand why you people are complaining, I think its normal, they pay you a certain amount and they remove their commission(you think its easy to get a job, then if that is the case, we shouldn't be having this discussion). With what I heard, ICSL is better than workforce. They are very very considerate compared to other recruiting agency, in fact they are better than workforce in terms of payment.
