i ll advice you sit this batch out and go with B15 ,you state of health is very paramount ,you need time to heal and stress is not what you should undergo .
please be patient camp is not somewhere you might get the best medical care incase there is a complication.cheers

Hello bro, I'm very sorry about your present condition! The Lord is your strength!

To your question, my advice is that you should get a doctors report from the hospital (public) you underwent the surgery with the necessary signature(s) and stamps!

When you get to camp, you should approach any of the camp officials or go to the health centre to lay the complaint! Show them the mark if possible so they know u're not lying!

I sincerely wish you all the best bro! May the Lord be with you!

Firstly, I wish you quick recovery. Secondly I think there's something on the website that has to do with medical report and the rest. Even if that doesn't work out, when you get to camp, try and check in with the clinic and get like a permission slip or something.. And definitely you should be redeployed.. Stay safe

I fink there should be an alternative, either To whom it may concern or a fresh new Id( for NYSC purpose). U can ask some of ur previous colleagues or better still, which school?
