I know people that bought there lands twice from this criminal. It was Ameachi that out a stop to his criminality. Militant and criminals were sent packing from the garden city because of Ameachi insistence that he will never patronise criminals. Relative peace were enjoyed during this period until PEJ brought her meddling into the state affairs.
Most of the foot soldiers that works for Wike were touts and ex-militants which of course will be compensated for job well done. The only he will do this is by empowering them through revenue collection which will takes us back to the period of infamous Obio Akpor boys.

the monorail is 2.6 kilometer long. I gave you the link. go and check out the costs of monorails worldwide.

monorails are the best trasnportation means any government can think of. Just that they are very expensive.

Amaechi started something germane by building the monorails. No matter the amount of roads you contruct in PH, ph will always be congested because of the amoount of cars plying PH road. that was the reason for the monorails. YOu don't do the same thing over and over again and expect different results.
