This could be signs of kindney stones or some malignant infection, Is there blood in his urine?
Tell the dude to drink a lot of water and take a urine test.

It is not the fault of any evil spirit.He has been infected with gonococcus or chlamydia. He should go for a urine culture test so that antibiotics will be precribed as soon as possibe.
