Corruption isn't the reason why we have millions of unemployed youths. Our politicians including Buhari, are simply visionless. Lawyer/Pastor/Prof Osinbajo on the other hand, is a loud talkative (I know his type) He can build world trade centre using his lips and tongues. Give him the tool to build and he will show you the level of his cluelessness. Pastors are known for displaying faith and instant miracles on the pulpit.


I still don't understand how Nigerians believed these CHANGE?

As I said in another thread, the reason why Buhari will fail is the same reason why every president of Nigeria from Ironsi to GEJ failed. The unitary system of Government Nigeria is running is bad for the country. It doesn't matter if you bring the pope to run Nigeria,he will also fail. The presidential system does not work in Nigeria. It is just a conduit pipe of wastage. Only a regional form of Government can work in Nigeria. The reason why the presidential system could work in America was because America is nation of immigrants with no power blocs. In Nigeria, there are at least 5 power blocs,Yorubas,Igbos,South-South,Hausa-Fulani and the middle belt. Each of these groups are in excess of 30 million people with very diverse interests and opinions. Each of these groups are "potential countries". Only a complete f00l would think it is possible to bring these different groups under one banner in central Government and expect anything meaningful to come out of it. We should do away with the presidential system,do away with the state Governors and have only local governments. It is sheer madnesses to give one man in Nigeria head of Government and head of the armed forces at the same time. We should return to when we had a ceremonial president who was commander of the armed forces and a prime minister who was head of Government. The power blocks should become regions with premiers as head. Every region should get the lion share of whatever accrues in that region. That is the only way Nigeria can move forward. The things that the likes of Awolowo,Okpara and the Sarduana did when they were premiers of regions and had no oil money are still there for all to see. unfortunately,the North are the ones dragging Nigeria back with the presidential system because of their fear of losing "oil money". The Norths "born to rule" mentality is what has driven away potential investors with financial muscle and technical know-how to mine the huge solid minerals in the north for their benefit. Buharis regime will fail like all others before him him because the system is already bad.
