The writer is yet to recovered from the shock defeat of Jonathan and looking for ways to discredit this man Buhari. He raised unrooted 4 points. He talked about his party but forget that party has manifesto written in black and white. Buhari even wish to start in a good footing by asking his ministers to declare their assets. Mr. man don't be a pessimist, Buhari would perform and creditably perform. You even claimed Tinubu is corruption but cannot claim where he has been indicted for wrong doing by a panel or court of law. Mr. Propagandist, please bring out another lie because this does not fall in.

egift:
All the unbelievers will be disappointed. From day one you guys have promised and projected one disappointment or the other, but Buhari has always defeated your negativities.

One the points you mention, here is my take:

1. His party:
The APC is a party we all can see its origin and evolution. It grew from nothing and gradually/rapidly gain traction through deliberate efforts not accidents. The party was built from scratch. The PDP on the other hand was just put together in 1997 - 1998 and since then had never been tested. This is the time for PDP to start building their party for the very first time. Unlike APC, they don't have the will and enthusiasm. Just a quest to get power come 2019 (and if they fail, the rats will jump off the sinking boat faster than they came).

2. His leadership
Buhari has proven time without number to be a man who can hold he ground in the face of any change. And being surrounded by people who also understands leadership, he will achieve a lot. Buhari have all the experiences and lessons he needs to succeed. Also he is free from greed, which the biggest factor that destroys many Nigeria leaders.

3. His precedent
Before even taking this position as President, Buhari understands the problem facing Nigeria and the enormity of the challenges. Until Jonathan's 2015 New Year's message, GEJ did not consider Corruption a major problem. But Buhari since 2013 have insisted that if Nigeria will develop, Corruption must be tackled. While the expectations are very high, by running a transparent system of governance and making tangible delivery, Nigerians are very willing to be patient with him to deliver.

4. His popularity
Buhari is popular among the masses because he understands and fight for their interest. In fact Buhari could have been president before now if he pursued the interest of the corrupt elites. In the north, despite the follower-ship among the people, their elites always frustrate him out just to protect their loot. With the masses behind Buhari and by delivering solution to the problems facing Nigeria, Buhari will leave a solid legacy as both President, Commander-in-Chief and Father of Nigeria.

Summery:
The things you consider as setbacks for Buhari, is rather his driving force. I see a New and better Nigeria ahead. Sai Buhari. God bless Nigeria.

Time will surely tell.

Someone posted the video on a thread yesterday. You can do a search on YouTube. That statement was made by Buhari on a campaign ground in the South East.

Firstly, I have no paymaster. I'm simply a Nigerian who refuse to be deceived by the lies and propaganda of the APC

Secondly, this is democracy. I have to right to express my opinion. I have the right to criticise politicians. So you don't need to threaten me cause it won't work.

Lastly, you'll all realise the truth very soon.
mr man. you ar not a prophet and equally you ar not a good Nigerian. your conclution is pesimistic. Forget the election like president Jonathan and let's move this country forward together. If you continue like dis, you may end up unhappy for four years to come when Buhari wil be doing positive things to dis country. No parmanent enemy bro. Forgive Buhari and join him for progressive change.thanks

Guy,what is it with u and GMB being the president? I av seen some of ur posts on this section attacking the person of the president-elect. Bros the earlier u accept the man as the president the better. GEJ did his part. He tried, but we expected more. Majority believed he could no longer lead us to the promised land. That's why he was voted out!

Stop the HATE n embrace CHANGE. If GMB messes up, the same GEJ fate awaits him.

#StopTheHate

So, the moment an opinion differs from the popular it becomes hate. Shocked at the way some of you reason. However, I'm of the belief that Gen. Buhari will try his best, but, he can't sweep out all the challenges we face today as a nation.
Re: 4 Reasons Why Buhari Might Not Deliver by SITS: 12:35pm On Apr 17, 2015
A good student of history knows that all leaders are a product of circumstances and this can not be a yardstick for success or failure of a leader. I believe GMB will make the most of the fortuitousness of his election. Everyone has got a vital role to play somewhat to make him succeed. God bless the emerging new Nigeria.

In less than two years from now, Nigerians shall be groaning and gnashing their teeth under a possible Buhari govt.

If OBJ, Yar'Adua, Goodluck Jonathan could not fix Nigeria, foolish, anybody that believes a 73 years old and barely educated Buhari can fix Nigeria.

APC people lied to some ill-educated Nigerians that corruption was the stock-in-trade in Jonathan govt, Buhari told them to vote him to kill corruption before corruption kills Nigeria, the most ill-educated, gullible and vulnerable group of Nigerians believed and voted Buhari.
