My watsapp expired and asked fr update but d more I try to update,d more it keeps asking fr Microsoft password.i ve created password yet it isn't bulging.i really need help.

Are you sure its nt due to network,cos am using the same phone n no problem like that.

I saw Nicholas Ekhtahor@outlook.com as my username and al effort to remove it provd abortive.secondly while updating it asked me to put my password and tap save.i ve done it severally but it's not saving,it kept asking password?

Maybe I can help with a new Microsoft Account For you with your mail....Then u can change the password yourself....Or remove all accounts from your phone then try a new one.

I cant just create an account for u without basic info.
You know what,Go too All settings-Email n Account-Add Account-Choose Outlook...Then click on sign up.I hope that helps
