The problem with Igbos is that they don't have good leadership since ojukwu died. Politicians like Ochendo are consider as leaders in the SE. I hope people like Owelle take over the leadership of Igbos and move the region to the next level.
Don't say what you don't know. Who considers Ochendo a leader? And why should Owelle be an Igbo leader? Because he's in APC?

Everyone now raises a topic on Igbo this Igbo that... Just to generate traffic here. Well I don't blame them, I blame the moderators, I blame seun because right under their watchful eyes the very medium they came up with to further national unity and togetherness in Nigeria is falling short of it objectives. A stern decision need to be taken on this because if it continues like this, I really doubt the future of this enterprise. The hate is really too much Seun, for me personally, am beginning to limit the manner I frequent ur blog and I am sure am not alone in this. Am gonna quote all the intelligent few I knw, we all have to look at this holistically. Its an advice worth heeding to seun osewa.

Very very sad but true.

I was talking with a family member about this same issue just after the elections and I said see how other zones spoke with one voice. They are united but why are our brothers like this? If they can't be united, how do they even join forces with another region and cause a change?

They can't even unite and present one candidate by themselves - why? That's where Hausa beat us every bloody time! Look at Atiku and Buhari. Oh well someday I guess...
Stop saying nonsense, no other group of people were more united during the elections than the igbos. From the poorest to the richest, educated to illiterate all were solidly behind Jonathan.

The igbos are a bunch of bloody town-criers who always cry of marginalization whereas they're the most tribalistic tribe in Nigeria. Biafra would have been the worst entity if it had come into existence. The average igbo man or woman is very greedy. Abia, Ebonyi, Imo and Anambra are an eyesore and that would have reflected the true nature of the so called biafra republic. Ndigbo as an organization is a big joke. MASSOB is the biggest joke of all considering their push for biafra. Yeebos sha. Yeebos and greed are like siamese twins. Thank God for not making an igbo person.

Igbo leaders are a disgrace yet the Igbo people continue to make exploits even without being at the zenith of political power. He prefers Hausa because they've united to produce Buhari, whose leadership won't make his people more educated or better than the Igbo.

igbos come back and develop alaigbo

If there is a crack down in Nigeria today, whic tribe will lose most.

Come back and invest, build your company head quaters and factories in the east.

A word is enough for the wise.
Does it make investment sense? Seriously. Pls let's stop being sentimental.

There are good and genuine igbos, only that there are many of them giving the race a bad name by their actions and pronouncements. I think they should learn to speak against one another when they do wrong. I really do not know how to go about it so as not to sound or seen or feel tribalistic which i hate. But i feel terribly disturbed each time a thread is brought to denigrate the igbos knowing that i have quite a lot among them whom i admire and respect.
My good people from the east whom i know are majorly christians should just try to forget the past and get rid of hate and this spirit of thinking they are better than everyone. They should stop being domineering and learn to work with everyone. We all need one another no matter how good we are. We should all learn to cohabit.

I know this is not easy going by the past which i know we are all responsible for. Planting seed of hatred in the minds of upcoming youths cannot help.
Remember, you cannot be a good christian and still harbour this kind of deep hatred towards your fellow brodas- yoruba and hausa. Every tribe has its own shortcomings, but this must not stop us from working together.

For us to succeed as a race, we need to work with others by building a relationship that is based on love and trust. Other things will key in as we remain positive.

God give everyone the wisdom and understanding intended for my contribution.

God bless the igbos, yorubas, hausas, ijaws, urhobos, naija and the entire africa. One love!

It's so unfortunate that after the dead of the Ikemba of Nnewi, the Ogburugburu of Igboland, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegewu Ojukwu, no Igbo man has been able to come close to his class. Ojukwu challenged his people to be of good character and be their brothers keeper but instead most of them has thrown character to the dogs. Nice piece my brother, even Ojukwu would be rolling in his grave. My finally words, the Igbo people are one of the best brains in the world, I envy their technological revolutions, most especially the "Ogbunigwe", the locally made bomb and the "RedDevil", the locally made armoured vehicle both performed efficiently and effectively to international standards during the Biafrian war. I still believe in the course of the Igbo nation and Biafra. One day, the half of a yellow sun shall rise and Biafra will stand! Rest in peace, the great Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.

Since there's no Biafra for now,the Igbos need to unite within themselves and with other tribes inorder to lead.No matter what, it's pretty bad that politically the Igbos lack behind.
