lemme try, sowie to intrude. Young modulus = stress/strain
strain = extension/length i.e m/m. Therefore it has no unit.
Stress = force/area = N/m^2
force(N) = mass * acceleration = kg * ms^-2 = kgms^-2/m^2 = kgm^-1s^-2
dimension = M^1 L^-1 s^-2
