gigi24: Your solicitor is saying "while the case is still proceding I am getting paid a fat fee!" |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 4:20pm On Apr 18, 2015 |
gigi24: He is wasting your time and money. You should have reapplied and save yourself time and money. Upper tribunal? Some people are just wicked. If you don't want to waste more money and time ask him to cancel it, renew you admission with the school, get another CAS and reapply. 1 Like |

@justwise thanks for your prompt response, I haven't heard from them for over 6months. I took and extra effort to go to the embassy in v.I, so I met a staff who told me they maintained there formal decision that I should include all the documents and petition letter in my new application. so I wanted to no my chances, but I believed By his grace they will issue this one. |

Hello guys, @justwise and all, i know this question might sound annoying, and i know the usual rule of collecting your passport before you know the outcome, but please i got this mail recently, and tho i have not received anything from teleperformance, i'm just seeking opinions as to what to expect as i might not have the time to get my passports back for the next one week...thats one additional week of tension, so please help out oh. Dear *full name Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry Service. We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF******** and date of birth (*****) and found that the application has been processed and it should be with you in the next few days. Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery. has anybody got this type of response before?.....thanks for your indulgence.... |

princenonny: we are in similar situations tho the message i got was AFTER MAKING ENQUIRIES. asking for opinions would just falsely discourage you, or give you false hopes, or confuse you...lol i think these messages are generic and do not have anything to do with the outcome. so i have decided to wait for the outcome. i think you should too... all the best. (however late that sounds...lol) |

Pls I need yr assistant. I have been traveling to uk since 2006 on visiting visa until 2010 when I decided to apply for student visa which was granted. While in u'k started dating a guy which is British citizen that was still married at the time and n between our courtship I got pregnant and a a baby girl for him In 2012. Finish studying and had an offer to come back home in April 2014. My visa was to expire 31of dec 2014. I came back with my child . I Was on the job for four months and I was owned 2 months salary which made me decide to leave the job in September 2014. Now my visa has run out and my baby father's wife has moved out of the house and they have been separated since 2012. The wife did not bare any child for him thou. I am planning to go back to uk as he has not started processing his divorce papers so he can't send me an invite as he is technically legally married. (I did not make mention that when his wife moved out I was asked to move in with in in 2013 with my child and was using his address at the time and I still intend to stay with him when I go back) but I have an uncle that can invite me over instead. my question is 1). Now that I want to return what visa will I apply on? 2).if I want to apply on my child since she is British what kind of visa can I apply for? 3). The documents I have on ground does it qualify to apply( I run a transportation business. I have 4 commercial cars that delivers 20k for me weekly which gives me a total of 80k a week and a total of 320k a month which goes to my personnel account. I now just registered a company name and just opened an account under that company name this month and I have about 120k in this account but I have about 1.3m on my personnel account. Can I still go ahead and use both account since I have got tax clearance ( a friend helped me on that) Pls I need an urgent advise 1 Like |

Hi Justwise, My husband is a PhD student in the UK. He left since October 2014. As his dependants, my three kids and I are planning to join him soon. Meanwhile, the new UK immigration rule states that we must pay Health surcharge fee. I have been to the health surcharge portal which is quite confusing. Since my hubby is already in the UK, who is the Lead applicant and Main applicant? On the portal, when I add myself as the Lead applicant, am asked to fill out the start date and end date (MY HUBBYS details) it wouldn't accept anydate in 2014! Am I paying for the kids too (ages are 12, 10 and 4 years) Thank you for your prompt response |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 8:23am On Apr 20, 2015 |
zaliya: I don't think i get what they meant by lead and main applicant...i guess the main applicant here is your hubby...but basically the healthcare charge will be paid whether you are the lead or main applicant applying outside or in the UK. |

Hello All. I am in the process of applying for a Business Visitor Visa for a training in the UK to be fully sponsored by my company. I have the letter stating this from the company and also a letter of invitation from the Training Facility in the UK. My only concern is that my personal fund is just about 100k as I just started working in the company a few weeks ago. I was wondering if this will affect the outcome of the visa in any way. Btw, the company will not put in their statement of account as its against the Company Policy. |
