SEVENTH SON: The movie is all about John Gregory, who is a seventh son of a seventh son and also the local spook, has protected his country from witches, boggarts, ghouls and all manner of things that go bump in the night. However John is not young anymore, and has been seeking an apprentice to carry on his trade. Most have failed to survive.

Haven't watched it but the concept is a bit out there.


I mean the seventh son things.

Didn't like it. The story wasn't fleshed out enough. Reminds me of hansel and gritel or watever. Short and rushed. Hollywood you're dissapointing me a lot these days.

My thoughts exactly, it's basically a remake of hansel and gretel. I was bored after watching the movie for just 10mins!!!
