Asking price for 05 Benz C class is N1.380M + N350,000 custom duty.

Asking price for 05 Benz ML320 is N1.550M + N450,000 custom duty.

Asking price for 05 Acura MDX is N1.4M + N450,000 custom duty.

Some people have questioned the motive behind the increment in duty charges for underage cars.

The reason we increased it is just because NCS increased bank charges to N98,200 when the dollar exchange rose up and till this particular moment,they've refused to bring down to N91,200 which was the former bank payment.

As at this morning,it has been dropped to N97,200 which means that you can get your underage done for N130,000 custom duty but note that the N4,000-5,000 naira park and ticket fees at the border will be paid by the importer.

(It's not 900,000,I made a mistake of qouting the duty for 2010 Benz CLS and I am so sorry).
