[quote author=demiiii post=32905996]Hello house, I have been to the port health authority at mm1 but was asked to go to their head office at toll gate and later asked to go back to mm1. am tired of d back and To answer your questions, fit to fly should be collected from the hospital you've been going for ante natal care. It should be collected like 48 hrs before you departure. It should also include your LMP and EDD. You can take up to 10000usd but will have to declare it. Hope this helps. |

DeeandGLady: He should state that he is responsible for your care in the US till you deliver and post partum care if its part of the bargain. He should also include his phone number incase there is need to contact him. |

demiiii: You can get ur fit to fly from ur doc n hospital in Nig and u can get it 72 hrs before ur departure,it must state ur gestation age,edd and that u r medically fit to fly on a plane. There is nothing much abt the consent letter, just write that u r the father/mother and will like for ur child's application for a Nig visa to be granted. The letter must be written and signed by both parents whether present or not. You can google DS-11 form for the form to be notorised for the US passport application You can travel with 9,999$ and below and would not need to declare it or u can travel with 10,000$ and above and declare it at POE You can take along some wedding pics in addition to the marriage cert. my passport is in my maiden name too so i travelled with my marriage cert as well as wedding pics even though i didnt need/use it for anything on the long run. 1 Like |

Hi all, I am in the process of booking an appointment with MIHS for my wife and was advised to contact one of the clinics listed on the maternity package plan agreement sent to me. Please can someone advise on which of these clinics is closest to Legacy suites? Also, is this where the delivery will be taken? Thanks |

Hello preggies, non preggies/boot hangers and papas in the house. I have been silent for a while now but very active following the trend judiciously with my calculators. Hunting for budget package no be beans at all. As a C section candidate, I am yet to see package cheaper than MIHS. MAMATOBENNA and CHIKACOPKALA more oil to ur banga ooo. California looks good but for C section its almost same price or more than MIHS, it doesn't favour me especially mode and cost of transportation over there and accommodation (ve been there twice). Pls anybody with a better suggestion they say two GOOD heads are better than one not two olodos . I need to buy my ticket this week b4 it becomes a case of penny wise....... I am a Sept mum. |

Hi all I got to DFW over 3 hours ago. POP was super easy. Didn't last up to 2 mins The conversation was simple I got to the counter, looking very smart and confident. And before the CBP asked anything, I was quick to say "good afternoon, how are you today" CBP: Great I hand him my passport and the blue form I filled. Cbp: why are you here? Me: for a training and to have my baby Cbp: when are you due Me: May..... Next month CBP :Do you have your hospital correspondence Me: yes. Passed him printed copy of the document. He didn't even take a look before he stamped me in for 6 months. The I get to agricultural, they ask if I have any food. I said yes an quickly pointed at the bag Containing food items. The officer takes a brief look, takes out the onions and said it's only garlic that are allowed in. And that's it. Lesson learnt : be super confident and friendly. Don't look scared or come off too friendly. That will make them think you have something fishy to hide. As for money, try to hold a little below 10k. You don't have to declare your money if it's not up to 10k. I had below 10k.didnt declare it and it didn't come up in the conversation. However, when it comes up. Be truthful with how much you have. Ensure to pack your food items in transparent nylon bags and label them properly. Its a great way to save time at agricultural and avoid unnecessary scrutiny. I flew Lufthansa and it was super cool. We were fed 4 times and offered snacks and drinks at various Intervals. I had a pack of crackers in my bag but didn't even open it. I hope this helps someone else. All the best dearies 21 Likes |
