Colann: You don't seem to understand that the case of Buhari alleged to not have Ordinary Level certificate to qualify him for election is different from the case of perjury. Perjury is a criminal case while case of not having requisite certificate to contest is a civil case that requires no police prior investigation. 2 Likes |

I Know Buhari Has A Certificate But Even If He Doesnt, That Case Cant Scale Through. The Lawyers Should Have Known. Such Case Of Perjury & Fordgery Is Criminal & Must Be Reported To The Police & Not The Court First. The Police Investigates, Establishes The Case With Evidences & Approach The Court With Witnesses, Evidences & Exhibits. All These Due Processes They Failed To Follow In This Case. Like I Said Before, The Case Is Dead On Arrival. 2 Likes |

hansad:That One Is Even Easier. He Hasnt Told Us He Doesnt Have. He Said They Are With The Military And If He Able To Prove That They Are Supposed To Be With Them, Wether The Military Finds It Or Not, He Will Be Exonerated. The Judge May End Up Ordering The Military To Provide Them With An Altimatuum. 2 Likes |

onatisi:Nothing is happening. He swore an affidavit claiming his certificate was with the army. Because of the certificate brouhaha, he was sued that he committed perjury. Now that the certificate has been found, the case is baseless |

okotv:you can't and don't present evidences on judgement day. The issue is when the case was been heard and instituted where was the certificate? Let's not go round in merry go circles here ,he swore an affidavit doesn't mean what he swore the affidavit for is true and genuine. But the court will decide tomorrow. One thing I know is whatever decision or judgement the court makes tomorrow, nigeria will survive . 1 Like |

onatisi:His case is simple. He swore that his certificate was with the military. Did he lie no, then no Case for perjury. The military found the certificate and not him. If the military Rep is grilled, he surely would say yes, they have his certificate. The case dies a glorious death. |

Mogidi: My brother Buhari is a certificatelss fulani man. He is not interest in education. To him, Western education is Sin (Bokoharam) It's only in Nigeria you see unemployed educated youths look up to illiterate hypocrite to create jobs for them. Maybe they are ready to go work at LAKE CHAD. .oil exploration will soon kick off at that location. One chance Change! 4 Likes |
