Buhari's case of certificate is not a criminal case, this requires no police prior investigation before getting to the courts.
But They Sued For Perjury, Perjury Is A Criminal Case As Well As Forgery. Do Ur Research Please.

You don't seem to understand that the case of Buhari alleged to not have Ordinary Level certificate to qualify him for election is different from the case of perjury.

Perjury is a criminal case while case of not having requisite certificate to contest is a civil case that requires no police prior investigation.

I Know Buhari Has A Certificate But Even If He Doesnt, That Case Cant Scale Through. The Lawyers Should Have Known. Such Case Of Perjury & Fordgery Is Criminal & Must Be Reported To The Police & Not The Court First. The Police Investigates, Establishes The Case With Evidences & Approach The Court With Witnesses, Evidences & Exhibits. All These Due Processes They Failed To Follow In This Case. Like I Said Before, The Case Is Dead On Arrival.

That One Is Even Easier. He Hasnt Told Us He Doesnt Have. He Said They Are With The Military And If He Able To Prove That They Are Supposed To Be With Them, Wether The Military Finds It Or Not, He Will Be Exonerated. The Judge May End Up Ordering The Military To Provide Them With An Altimatuum.

kai!!!!! oboy you mumu o!!!!!! What does it mean to be duly elected? Does Buhari and Osinbajo have a Certificate of Return from INEC or not?
what does the Certificate read? Mumu, in case you do not know, it say "duly elected".
kai!!!! you are a disgrace to your alma mater undecided

# and about your childish rant about a Governor being removed, you are referring to an annulment.
Yamhead, annulment means total cancellation of election, and fresh elections are then conducted. Ask yourself, when a Governor is impeached, does his deputy go with him?

#small pikin, Buhari did not present a forged certificate to inec. he presented a sworn affidavit. Do you know what an affidavit is?
i done tire for your matter abeg.

-GMB has said it all "let them go to court an remain there"!!! cool .....mumu people undecided

it is clear u refuse to be knowledgable.....u dont know the meaning of the word- 'duly' i will teach u ma boy....indeed u are a disgrace to manhood, u cant reason things out for ur self most i literally spell it out for you...u are what some will call "apá amu"
duly: : in the proper or expected way
is it proper if proven tomorrow dat buhari does not have d said certificate and has committed perjury for swearing to an affidavit that he has....is that not fraud ...forgery in the highest order....let me explain what forgery is
forgery-Forgery is the process of making, adapting, or imitating objects, statistics, or documents with the intent to deceive.....buhari and apc decieved inec into accepting a wortless affidavit it adapted ..perjury...
ur presido elect committed perjury to become apc presdential aspirant and in that act of perjury he won an election .....is that not electoral malpractice....

dullard i never said or used the word annullment u introduced that word to suit u....even at dat ur argument holds no water.... not every election malpractice case end in an annullment and another election is conducted...in edo state osunbor was removed and oshiomole sworn in as governor without reelection......u are too dull...

thank god u admit osibanjo wont be sworn in as president in as much his principal commited electoral fraud.....olodo...
and yes that paper(inec certifictate of return) becomes useless when it is proven he committed perjury.....he would show it to his grand children on the need to go to school....
ewu....... grin

your a total waste of ur parents/ guardian time and resources.....i will have to ask you to show ur certificate ..prove to us u went to school....what disgrace..PRODUCE YOUR CERTIFICATE

Nothing is happening. He swore an affidavit claiming his certificate was with the army. Because of the certificate brouhaha, he was sued that he committed perjury. Now that the certificate has been found, the case is baseless

you can't and don't present evidences on judgement day. The issue is when the case was been heard and instituted where was the certificate? Let's not go round in merry go circles here ,he swore an affidavit doesn't mean what he swore the affidavit for is true and genuine. But the court will decide tomorrow. One thing I know is whatever decision or judgement the court makes tomorrow, nigeria will survive .

My friend shut up! If it was as easy as you put it, I wonder why the case hasn't been quashed long ago by Buhari's legal team, instead they keep shifting the goal post.
They have 2 sets of qualified legal practitioners defending Buhari and APC respectively, yet they haven't come up with anything to get the case dismissed.
You sit somewhere in rusty Abeokuta and tell us the case is baseless.

His case is simple. He swore that his certificate was with the military. Did he lie no, then no Case for perjury. The military found the certificate and not him. If the military Rep is grilled, he surely would say yes, they have his certificate. The case dies a glorious death.

My brother Buhari is a certificatelss fulani man. He is not interest in education. To him, Western education is Sin (Bokoharam)

It's only in Nigeria you see unemployed educated youths look up to illiterate hypocrite to create jobs for them. Maybe they are ready to go work at LAKE CHAD. .oil exploration will soon kick off at that location. grin One chance Change!

U Are Very Wrong. Even If Buhari Is Disqualified 2moro, Jonathan Can Only Remain If Buhari Does Not Appeal The Judgement. If He Appeals, Everything Continues Normally Again Till Appeal Court Decides.

he who does not know and does know he does not know and does not want to know is a.fool.....
please right now you are ignorant, please listen and learn so u are not called a fool.
first of all....am indifferent of who bcomes our president .....as for me it like d parable of old wine in new sack...is buhari and jonathan nigerians best mind? the answer is no
secondly.... the constitution recognise the position of vice president and not vice president elect.....let take it from the begining....
who bought presidential ticket of apc ? buhari or both of them....u know the answer..it buhari
osibanjo's.vice.presidency takes effect after swearing in of his principal....where he too take an out of office with alligance to the office of the president.....the vp can easy be sacked wen his principal is tired of him....and prove no alligance to him....eg enugu state governor and his deputy who was removed from office over poultry...
osibanjo will not be president when his principal is disqualified before swearing in...
if u say the constitution permits it please enlighten me i dont want to b ignorant but if not learn from this....indeed ignorance is a sin not justa disease.....stop commiting sin.
Neither the president nor the governors have the power to unilaterally sack their deputies; because in the eyes of the law, the deputies are elected officials.
They can only be 'sacked' via impeachment.

Case overtaken by events therefore becomes an academic exercise subsequently dismissed. If certificate found then the initiator of the suit will be charged for defamation of character with heavy fine.
