I knew dat post was prone to being refracted. That is why I set a default refractive index of 1.000293(air) for easy viewing but it seems u applied a wrong refractive index of 1.333(water). I guess there's too much of vapour in d air in ur environment or it was raining wen u looked @ d post. Change ur environment to an area with dry air and view d post again for clarity.
