I am presently in osun and I am also one of those who voted for him. I am not an APC member but I have my political opinion and a solid reason for voting for him.. To tell u the truth, 94 percent of civil servants don't vote for him neither do they like him.

Hmmmm.... 94% is way to high brother... Where did you get your stat from? How did he win the election with such a high margin and who were those that were celebrating his victory at the tribunal?

It has been stated times without number that politicians are liars. They should have told people to think and work on what they can do for the State and self-development and never to think of what the State will do for them or how the State will meet their needs. I came into that conclusion from my observation which I think is nothing but the truth. There is a problem around here everyone sees him as the best except the civil servants, and those aren't loyal to parties and ready to criticize his govt constructively, this has brought about other candidates campaigning with his name people have been blinded to the extend that they just keep voting for apc damning the candidates performance and personalty.

In other words you are caling Ngerdelta oil as no man's oli abi? but if we call lagos no mans land, all hell abi all lagoon would be let loose

In as much as you have a point and I understand what u'r driving at, they are two different situation.

It is one thing to say the resources or funds generated in Lagos belongs to all Nigerians and another to say you want to rule/take-over Lagos because it's a no-man's Land.

The oil rich region belongs to some people and they have their indegenes even though the resources belongs to all Nigerians. You don't expect a Yoruba man for instance to say he wants to rule/take-over Rivers State because it's a no-man's land; it doesn't work that way.

The Oil rich region/ppl of SS are even given special preference when it comes to employment and benefits from oil. While they even seek for more in terms shearing formular and others.

Imagine a Yoruba group leader in Imo or Enugu saying he wants to have the same recognition as their first class King like Obi of Onitsha.

Resources may belong to all but rulership belongs to the people of the region (Indegenes).

So why is it there's not one single SS with oil plots and right yet each oil plots in Nigeria either belongs to a Yoruba or Hausa. Those plots are in indigenous lands theregore, going by your logic should belong to ppl of those lands, not "foreigners" as you yoruba call it.

The same situation abounds in many other state that has experienced a significant drop in their allocation.

The oyel belongs to Nigeria. It is our common wealth.

thanks my brother. Of all the yorubas in the southwest,Osun people are the funniest. They are always quick to brand ekiti people names, insulting our governor at will. Aregbesola even has enough money to sponsor the impeachment of Fayose, but to pay workers salary,no show. They had the opportunity to curtail the excesses of their governor during the last house of assembly elections by voting for the opposition but they didn't. So let them live with it. Yeye people.

I don't think all oil blocks belong to Yorubas and Hausas; that must be a fallacy even though their is possibility they own the majority some must belong to South Southerner and some to SEstnrs respectively depending on your investment strenght.

I don't think somebody from the SS or SE will be denied ownership of oil rigs while they easily give same to the Yorubas and the Ibos. You need to also understand that even the state govt (SS/SE) controls and owns some of the oil blocks which caused one of Amaechi's grouse with GEJ/PEJ.

Spare part markets in Lagos as well as other electronics markets and okrika markets are dominated by the Igbos and I don't think that happened because the Yorubas were sidelined but because they (yorubas) chose to concentrate on other businesses rather than the listed while the ibos decided to focus on the listed. That doesn't also mean we don't have the Yorubas in those markets only may not be as much as the Ibos.

There are a lot of Ibos and SS doing Oil businesses, onshore and offshore.

Sincerely speaking, your hunger is just starting, in fact you will all die of that hunger.
Senseless workers, they should learn from Benue workers what they did to Suswan.
Instead of taking their destiny into their hands they allowed sentiment to overshadow their sense of judgement. Shouting change all around meanwhile hunger is gradually killing them one by one.
Change or no change, if a governor is non performing, vote him out!
