go and download OAU post utme. you will find literature in english in it. atleast you can still use it for revision or you can base your preparation on those questions because i think UI literature in english post utme questions cannot be harder or rather technical than OAU.

It depend on ur Skul interpretation of dia Gp......for example,poly ibadan, ur 3.46 z a lower.....and most if not all uni require an upper for direct entry......
