Another popular slogan in the North is "APC Sak", which may mean "APC Straight." Many people who wouldn't have won the elections benefitted from it. It is the practice of voting everything APC so that you don't make a mistake of voting somebody but Buhari or you just vote anything associated with Buhari (to honour him).

Sai Baba! Sai Buhari!! Sai Maigeskiya!!! Sai Chenji!!!! Go anywhere in the north and shout these words, you'd automatically become their friend.. Buhari is morethan a politician, he is a movement, you can call him a course of study if you want.. He doesn't laugh much, he doesn't talk much, he doesn't entertain, he is not your regular politician but the way he does it, I don't know, he is the only nigerian alive that can shutdown a whole city, his presence pulls millions of people out of their houses under the sun and in the rain onto the streets People just love him up here in the north.. The good thing about the man is his simplicity and love for the masses, left to him alone he doesn't mind entering the crowd and hugging every single person.. Anywhere he goes, you'd see people running after his moving car, hitting the windows, etc just to express their love for him.. For the first time since 1960 we have a leader loved my the commoners and hated by the elite. As Tuface talk am "who God has blessed, no man can curse".. Baba, as you don win election so na God win o. My prayer is that he doesn't disappoint these millions of talakawas.

Very well said! Imagin me, at my age and with my education, I still ran after Buhari's car when he came to JOS. I no know how the man do am ooo, because I know even if gej give me plenty money, I would not even attend his rally talk more of running after his convoy!

No my friend....i said and meant PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANT.

He contested with MKO for the SDP ticket at the convention in Jos and his slogan which was on his posters prior was 'SAI BABA'. He came second at the convention while Atiku came third.

MKO later picked him as his running mate.
